Annual furnace maintenance requires a dedicated, experienced technician to do the job right. That’s why I’m thankful that Airquip sent Joey to service my furnace because as a result of his thorough inspection of my heat exchanger, a crack was discovered. That’s a dangerous condition that led to the decision to buy a new furnace. The cold weather required fast-tracking a replacement. On the same day Airquip sent out Michael, their residential heating expert, who filled me in on my options. Satisfied with his recommendations and competitive price I moved ahead with the job. To my amazement Michael was able to schedule the job for the next day in light of the freezing temperatures. Jerry was sent to do the install and was done in one day. I was impressed with his diligence. My new modulating Trane furnace has proven to be more efficient and quieter then my old unit. Bottom line is the customer service and expertise I received could not have been better. I highly recommend Airquip. My sincere thanks go out to Joey, Michael and Jerry.

Sean, Mike and Nick removed our deceased tankless water heater and installed a Navien NPE-240A2 unit for us today. They were efficient, professional, worked well as a team, and made sure we were satisfied with the finished work. They used drop cloths to protect the floor and stairway from foot traffic dirt, removed all of the trash from the job, and went above and beyond to interact with our youngest children who had lots of interest in the work being done! Also, thanks to Kevin (the Airquip sales consultant) and everyone who worked to bring this together as quickly as possible!! Highly recommend Airquip for heating and cooling as well as tankless water heater installation and service!!!!

Nick and Josh installed a new AC unit and did a fantastic job! They were very professional, timely and explained everything clearly. The install of my new AC unit and evaporator coil took about 5 hours. Thanks AirQuip!

Jeff and Mike were very nice and personable. They showed up on time, also were conscience and cleaned up after they finished each day. Respectful of our property. I wished that we would have been to see the equipment beforehand that was installed, like you would view in a show room.

AirQuip did a fantastic job replacing my furnace/air conditioner/water heater/humidifier/air purifier. The salesman (Corey) looked at all of my existing equipment and took measurements. He then provided me with different options and answered my questions so I could choose what was best for my home. He wasn't pushy at all which I very much appreciated. Even after he left, he answered follow-up questions I had via email.
The three guys that came out to perform the work (Gary, Sean, Nick) were very professional. I'm the type of person who wants to know what's being done every step of the way and they were very nice in answering all my questions and explaining what they were doing and thinking. Even before they started, we went over what they would be doing so I understood. They worked hard all day through the humidity and rain too. Can't say enough good things about the installation and the performance of the equipment so far. And I didn't pay a penny over what was on the contract I signed with the salesman.

My existing furnace was 21 years old and decided to have a problem and stop working one night when it was 9 degrees outside. I called Airquip’s emergency line that my neighbor suggested to me. They were very responsive and talked me through what may be wrong and even offered to come and fix it that night if they could. I decided to have someone come the next day. They called me first thing in the morning and sent a gentleman named Bob out to see what was wrong. He talked me through everything that was wrong and explained it all in a way that was easy to understand. After weighing out all the options, I decided to replace my furnace completely. Bob made some calls and said they could install a furnace the next day for me. Bob was great! The owner Phil came over right before Bob left and walked me through my options and was very professional and helpful. He also identified a problem that I had with the main line of my furnace that heats the upstairs not being insulated correctly and said he could have someone from his team fix it. The next day, Sean and Mike came right on time and got to work right away. They talked me through everything they were doing and were the nicest guys! I felt very confident in their work and it was all done so well! They were also very neat and clean. They also did the insulation work to the area above my furnace and it turned out amazing! They even threw that work in for free for me. I can’t thank the team at Airquip enough for everything they did to help me. I am a first time home owner and have only been in my house for about a month, so it helped to have a trustworthy and very accommodating company to work with. I had so many questions and they helped me with everything I needed. Thank you again!

I recently had a tankless water heater, Heat pump and propane furnace installed at my house and it was a really great experience. Mike and Phill were always available to chat, day or night, about any of our concerns. The install went smooth, with a full explanation of the thermostats and answers to any concerns we had. When your spending and investing into your home, you need to know the equipment is taken care of. You need to know that you have reliable people you can call. We have done business with Airquip multiple times by now and each time I was very satisfied by their professionalism and helpfulness. The first time we did business was replacing the furnace a few years ago, which was done excellently. Recently, they replaced our old AC unit. Kevin Deal came to discuss options and explained everything to me with a friendly smile and amiable approach. On the day of installation, Jeff and Scott both did a fantastic job and they were accompanied by Kevin to ensure that everything went as planned.
