I have a rental property in Rochester, NY and my tenant got "red tagged" from RG&E and lost her heat. I called Airquip, and they were able to help me right away. Michael Bessette was excellent, he was able to provide a quote and system to be installed in less than 48 hours. Their responsiveness and professional service were outstanding. The tech, Shaun, was on time, did a a stellar job of installing the system and took the extra step by removing an old water heater and furnace from the basement, which had been there for years. My overall experience was more than I could have asked for. If I could, I would give them more than a five star rating!

I recently moved into a home that needed a complete overhaul with regard to HVAC and duct work. Jeff, Mike, and Jack were particularly professional, timely, and went above and beyond to set me up to feel both safe and confident about moving in with my young child. Corey Goodness was also very responsive, and when he heard one of the space heaters had stopped working in the house, he immediately brought a replacement by to make sure we didn't risk frozen pipes.

My 18 year old central A/C failed in the heat of summer. I obtained three estimates to replace it and chose AirQuip. Not only because their pricing was the best but also because of Airquip's fine reputation. I made the right decision! My Comfort Care Specialist, Mike, was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best unit for my 1940"s home. The installation was scheduled within days, which I was truly thankful for. My installation team, Brandon and Kelly, arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day to remove my old A/C system and get the new Trane system installed. It was not an easy job as they had to navigate narrow basement stairs in an older home and work with an older furnace. Brandon and Kelly were professional, efficient, and skilled. They were very pleasant and polite as well. My new A/C system is working perfectly and I could not be more pleased with it and with my experience with Airquip. I give this company my highest recommendation!

A great team. Everyone from Mike on sales to the install crew of Jeff, Sean and Tony. They were informative, professional and a hard working group. Nothing was pushed on us, but we were provided a lot of good information to make a decision. The installation looks great. All cables and tubing dressed. New ducting looks terrific. They worked great together as a team to get the job done within a day. Everyone took the time to answer my many questions throughout the process. We are very pleased.

Our service technicians for installing a new furnace and whole house air condition were Brad and Kelly from AIRQUIP Heating & Air Conditioning. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves and explained exactly what they would be doing. From the time they began until the job was completed they were all business. They were polite with both my wife and myself if they had any questions along the way. Upon completion of the job they sat down with us and went over the necessary paperwork and explained the system and it's workings. We were thoroughly impressed with both Brad and Kelly the entire time they were here and their work ethics. Prior to leaving they left the premises immaculate. Were so happy we choose Airquip for the the installation of our new HVAC. As for future service if and when needed with our new system AIRQUIP will be #1on list to contact. Nick & Brandon came to install a new Trane AC unit. I couldn’t of asked for 2 more professional & courteous guys! They were on time, kept the area clean & left no mess behind! I new I could trust AirQuip as they have been in business for awhile & always had great reviews!

We had a great experience with Airquip. We moved into a house with an old furnace and no air conditioning. Over our first 3 winters the furnace stopped working once or twice a year. We had several companies come service it and our favorite was Airquip because they are honest and professional and know their stuff. They also were not pushy at all and trying to scare us into replacing it. So when we needed to replace it we went to them for the quote. From working with Corey for our quote to Drew, Sean, and Gary for the install it was a great experience. Our finished basement proved to be a tough install in a tight space, but they did a great job and didnt charge more when the install went into a second day. Highly recommend them!

I recently had AC installed by Airquip. First the customer service by Phil and Katie was fantastic! Corey was able to come within a few days to give me a quote for a complete install and all my options. Sean and Jordan came within a week to install and it was flawless. They were fast, respectful, and detailed. I highly recommend this team and Airquip overall for any heating and cooling need.
