Highly recommend Airquip! They replaced our 20 year old A/C unit for us. Corey was our project manager and went into amazing detail about all the options Airquip has to offer. We got quotes from several local HVAC companies but Corey's pitch convinced us as soon as we heard it. The unit itself is an incredible value and pricing was extremely competitive. Best part is installation was scheduled for pretty much right away, which is almost unheard of for bigger HVAC companies in the Rochester area. Sean and Nick (our install team) arrived on time the day of our installation, did an excellent job, and were courteous and friendly. Incredible experience with Airquip - we're customers for life and will recommend them to friends and family in the area!

I am extremely happy with my new Train AC installation.Garry, Cameron and Brad were very professional and were here 9 hours to replace my old AC system and gas water tank. We had Sean and Nick install a Mitsubishi electric heating and air conditioning unit in our sun porch. They were just as excited as we were to see how well it cooled our room. We are so happy we will now be able to use the room all year. These two men were prompt, worked hard and were very courteous. They were professional in both their knowledge of the unit as well as how hard working they were and happy to be installing it. We use Air Quip for everything from installation to maintenance. The company as well as the staff are really great!

When our old HVAC system broke down, Kevin came out the next morning to give us a quote to replace it. Totally transparent, he shared the cost breakdown line by line, then worked with our insurance company to get our claim approved. They even came to replace it two days after Christmas!

I purchased a cold climate heat pump system from Airquip to replace my old oil burning furnace. Their installers did a fantastic job. They were professional and very understanding of my disability and subsequently messy house. Brad, Brandon, Cameron, and Sean were diligent and left my place cleaner than they found it. It’s a big job; removing my old furnace, and installing a large air handler and mating it to existing ductwork, building a level platform in the ground outside for a rather large condenser unit that is secured to a frame elevated a couple feet above the platform, tying refrigerant lines from outside to connect to the air handler inside, tracing and wiring to my electrical panel, capping my chimney and setting up a wireless thermostat and putting in a drain line to my sump crock. Quite the undertaking. As far as installation goes, these guys are pros. I highly recommend Airquip for anyones heating and cooling needs. Thanks again Airquip, Jimmy LaClair
