All three of the airquip professionals, Sean, Kelly, and Cameron, were respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They talked me through the installation and answered any questions I had. Would recommend.

The staff at Airquip were highly responsive. When our furnace repair resulted in a replacement, they were able to send a salesman within the hour and install by Monday. The salesman was very knowledgeable and honest. The installers were very professional. Highly recommend.

Gary and Kelly replaced our hot water heater with a heat pump/electric unit. They were very helpful showing us how to use the new system and the whole area where they worked (new pipe work had to be installed) was pristine when they finished. Terrific guys- Thanks

Selecting a company for an entire HVAC installation is a daunting task, as there are so many in the area. After seeing all the positive reviews, and having familiarity with Trane products, going with Airquip was a no-brainer. We certainly weren't disappointed! From the moment Kevin came to the house, and through the entire installation process, we could not have been more pleased. Kevin thought of everything, provided detailed and helpful explanations, and saved us a great deal of money just being honest; he didn't sell us things we did not need. We purchased a new furnace, new A/C, humidifier, thermostat, and hot water tank, and installation was scheduled over a 2-day period. I appreciated the fact Kevin came back to the house on the day of installation to ensure everything was set. Let me say the team of Sean, Brandon, Nick, and Cameron was fantastic! They were done in 8 hours and were a joy to have in the house. They were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and absolutely hilarious. I know that sounds strange for the type of service provided, but it means the world to me in terms of the quality of that service. They worked as a team and were able to knock out everything in less than a typical work day, and they had fun doing it. Camaraderie makes for a successful team, and when you enjoy who you work with, it makes work more enjoyable. They were thorough and walked us through everything. We wholeheartedly recommend Airquip and won't hesitate to call them in the future for any additional services needed. Thank you, guys!

There are not enough nice things I can say about Phill, Jeff and Nick. After talking with seven other contractors--all of whom failed to inspire confidence, offer a first-class solution or provide assurances they could work COVID safe, I went with Airquip. I believe I got a Cadillac solution at a very competitive price. Jeff and Nick were thoughtful, meticulous and a delight to have in my house for the day. You inspire confidence in your own way. Such a pleasure to do business with genuinely kind, decent people. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Sean and his co worker replaced my furnace. They did an absolute amazing job, had great craftsmanship, didn’t bother me throughout my work day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were building a room addition and new garage on our house and needed to install heating and cooling. Our contractor recommended a couple of contractor/installation firms that he had worked with in the past. In the process we also decided to shop around on our own for additional quotes. We were focused on firms that are well experienced with the Mitsubishi heat-pump mini-splits. Airquip being a Diamond contractor for Mitsubishi came up in our search. Kevin Deal came out to quote the system and was excellent to work with. Quite knowledgeable, practical, and above all very honest about how they could best meet our requirements. Overall the quotation from Airquip was competitive and also included a Reznor gas heater for the new garage. As it turns out we had used Airquip once before in the past to install an Aprilaire humidifier on our old furnace and had the same experience with a fair price and excellent service. When the crew arrived to perform the installation we were thrilled to see Jeff again, (who installed our Aprilaire), as well as Kevin, Jerry, and Jeremy. The three J's did an excellent job performing a very clean and solid installation, and they got it all done within ONE DAY which was impressive! (Being a design engineer myself, I was very happy with their professional level of quality workmanship. Very clean and well thought out overall.)

Just finished having a new water heater installed. The technician that performed the installation was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working in our house. Gary was just great. He was meticulous in how he did the installation. If we ever need more HVAC work done we will definitely use Airquip and if possible have Gary perform the work.
