Airquip Heating & Air Conditioning

This is the only Heating and A/C company I will ever deal with. This review was completed after sales and installation was completed. I will break both down. This was done after a decent winter storm with no heat.

Sales:
I interviewed John Betlem Heating and AC(Carrier), Isaac(Lennox), Taylor(Lennox), Excellent Heating and Air(Ruud), Paris Heating and Air(American Standard), and Dalton Heating and Air(Amana). Airquip was Trane. Mike B. came to my house and explained to me what his company was going to replace and provided me with three estimates based on his measurements. Mike also explained how his company had a 0% apr for four years as long as I qualified for it. Once I decided I was going with Airquip, Mike explained the simple online application process over his company's website. Once completed and approved through Wells Fargo. Mike had an emergency appointment set up the next morning for installation. Mike was very professional and communication skills were the best. Mike did not make promises that couldn't be kept by the installation crew. He was knowledgeable on how Airquip's installation crews work and set a realistic expectation of them and their work.

Installation:
This went off without a hitch. Sean M. And Mike J. came out removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace, updated anything that was attached to the Furnace and AC. Knowing the basis of expectations set by sales, which could be set to a very high level. Sean M completed the highest quality craftsmanship I could ask for. Not only did he complete the task at hand with short notice he did it with awesome customer service I have ever seen or heard. Even his helper Mike J. was extremely knowledgeable of the Trane product they were installing.

I couldn't have asked let alone pay for better sales, and installation. Airquip is the best Heating and AC company out there hands down!!! I would recommend Airquip to anyone and if you deal with Mike B., In sales and/or Sean M. And Mike J., In installation, there is no one else out there that can do a better job!

Jeff, Brandon and Jack were amazing! All 3 were very professional and polite. They worked hard all day installing my new furnace. They arrived right on time, got right to work and kept me updated throughout the day. When they were done, they explained everything thoroughly and did such a good job cleaning up that you wouldn’t even know they had been here. I would not hesitate to recommend Airquip. We had both our 18 year old furnace and Heat Pump replaced. Michael our account person was knowledgeable and no pressure. Answered all questions and had good insights. The scheduler was great, called and followed up, what a difference from past experience with other companies. Steve and Nick our installers were on time, courteous, professional and left no trace of having been there. Really good experience with AirQuip Heating & Air Conditioning.

Jeff, Mike, Brad and Cameron were professional and friendly. The installation was quick and thorough. There was a slight issue with the wires not connecting properly a day later (which effected one of the units), but a gentleman (who didn’t leave his name so we can’t thank him publicly) was sent over and fixed the wiring. Now the units work perfectly! Thank you, AirQuip, for installing our AC - and just in time for the hot weather!

We needed a new furnace and for it to be rebuilt in basement. Mike came out and explained everything. 4 weeks later the install started. Jeff, Mike and Jack worked for 5 days on it. We switched from gas to electric and added a heat pump. The lead Jeff came every morning and asked if we had questions. Mike even showed our toddler what he was doing while working! Everything went as planned. Very happy with the new build! These guys deserve a raise! 🙂

Outstanding performance on all fronts. It started with Kevin and the recommendations on ductless solutions for our newly purchased Bungalow. We were provided options with different price points and detailed explanation of what each would provide or not.

The installation process with Brad, Jeff, Nick, Kelly, and Mike was outstanding. They had to navigate my family and Biggie (dog) while completing their job and they did so professionally and effectively. They cleaned up after themself everyday and discussed placements of our units to ensure any deviation from plan was also good with me.

After installation, I was provided a thorough walkthrough of each unit and things to be aware of for maintenance purposes. Thank you to the crew at Airquip and the Jacobs family will definitely be utilizing you for any future needs.

I recently had an entire Furnace/AC system installed and Michael went above and beyond to walk me through the quote, process and was able to get my schedule date asap. Brad, Nick and Brandon were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful while installing the system. I highly, highly recommend Airquip. They have always been great to work with.

We've used Airquip for years and I'm never disappointed. The service techs are always on time, friendly, and extremely thorough. They call ahead of time with an arrival time. They answer any questions I have and often go above and beyond as though they were working on their own homes. They all take a lot of pride in their work. I trust their recommendations. They've never tried to rip us off. For annual service on your HVAC system, there's really no one better.

I have been a customer of Airquip for over 10 years! They do a great job every time. Today Sean and Nick installed a new furnace in my house. They were on time and finished on time and did a great job. They took the time to explain to me how the new furnace will function/operate. The salesperson/project manager Michael was a very knowledgeable man with long years of experience in this business. He was very patient to answer all my questions. I recommend Airquip!
