I recently had my old heat pump replaced with a new Trane heat pump/AC system and am very, very pleased. Brad, Brandon and Nick, the installers from AirquipHeating were professional, courteous, respectful of my home and property and all around amazing. They arrived on time, put down protective coverings on my floors and went right to work and stayed until the install was completed. Only after they had taken out all the debris, vacuumed and cleaned up after the install did they leave. Nick even helped me get the Trane phone app downloaded and set up.
I had the air ducts cleaned by Airquip the day before the install, which was done by Brandon and Cameron. I was equally pleased with the service and results for the same reasons.
Although it has only been about 5 weeks since the install and the weather has only turned cold enough to have reason to turn on the heat in the last week, I can say that I am very pleased with the AC and the heating so far. I noticed right away that there are no longer noticeably colder/hotter spots in the house and especially between the basement and the main floor there is significantly less of a temperature difference, 1 to 5 degrees difference whereas before the basement was always 10 to 12 degrees colder. Plus, the system is almost noiseless.
Corey the project manager was very responsive from setting up the first appointment to speak with me about what I wanted/was looking to buy and to provide a quote to the install date. He was prompt in returning my calls and answering my emails when I had questions and even stopped the morning of the install to make sure everything was on track and to answer any other questions I might have had.
The technician (whose name I have forgotten from our one brief meeting) who came to do the final measurements to prepare the ducting connectors, etc in the shop before the installation, which saved time and mess on-sight, was timely, professional and obviously knew what he was doing.
Even the office staff was pleasant and responsive. I was pleased with the price point for the system and very pleased with the customer service I have received during the purchase and installation process.

From the original consultation with Corey to our installation with Brad, Nick, Gary and Brandon, our experience has been wonderful. Corey was great at explaining the different tier levels of equipment. I was called the night before install and told that the team would arrive between 8:30 and 9;00am. They were all here by 8:15am and worked until 6:00pm installing my new furnace, A/C unit and thermostat. When they left, they had thoroughly cleaned up all traces that they’d been here. I’d like to say that it was truly a pleasure working with all of them. Each one was professional, kind and really patient (this part came in when they had to teach us how to use the new thermostat). Thank you to the team for making this whole process so easy!

Sean, Nick, and Cameron arrived first thing in the morning to install a new AC system for us on the hottest day so far this year. Despite having to suffer (seriously!) in the attic for much of the day, they completed their work, never once complained and were both extremely professional and friendly. By the end of the day, we had a new system that is running perfectly and we are so grateful! I highly reccommend Airquip services and especially Sean, Nick and Cameron. Kelly & Brandon showed up right on time and didn't hesitate to get right to work. I had quite the project in line for them on 5/23. It involved most of their day working in a low ceiling, dirt floor basement, going through a crawl space, custom fabrication for fitting the new cased coil over top of my existing furnace properly and making a pretty long run from where the outdoor AC unit sits to the Furnace and my Electric Panel in my 1900 home :) Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they worked very well together as a Team and went above and beyond my expectations to make it all look neat and professional.Everything was done properly and with care. They cleaned up perfectly, tested it all out and explained everything clearly to end their day. Pricing was also very fair for the work these guys had to do.Phenomenal job from these 2 men and Airquip in general!! Thank you

We had a great all-around experience with Airquip. We had a new furnace and A/C unit installed to replace some ageing equipment. Michael, the salesperson we dealt with, was very courteous and knowledgeable. The installation team, Kelly, Brad, and Sean, were fantastic. They showed up on time, were careful and clean around my home, and most importantly to me, were very friendly and answered all of my questions about the installation and the products themselves. I highly recommend them!

well given the times we are in , covid and lack of equipment. it took awhile to actually get things accomplished. my salesman Cory was very helpful and kept me informed. i decided to receive another so called brand I guess just labeled differently so i was told the same one.
the installation crew were very nice and did a great job Brad , Cameron, Brandon. from start to finish represented the Airquip brand ver professional and helpful explaining everything. the smart thermostat will be a modern one for me, so time will tell .

From start to finish this company was great. I received quotes from two different companies and Airquip provided a better system at a lower price. Corey was very informative, detailed and helpful in picking the best product for our space. Sean and Nick who installed the system were courteous, friendly and professional. Great first experience with this company!
