I had a great experience with Airquip from the start. Michael was great, showed up on time and quoted a fair price. He answered all my questions, even after he had left (by both email and text). Jeff and Jordan, who installed the AC, did a great job. They showed up on time and did a great job of explaining everything. They did an awesome job with cleanup, couldn’t even tell they had been there! Since it’s early in the season to test out the unit (and it snowed!), they promised to come back at a later date to test. I have no complaints and highly recommend Airquip!

After 29 years of heavy system usage of our Trane I recently experienced a failure of my AC system. I called Airquip and was extremely impressed with Michael Bessette (sales) and his knowledge of Trane systems. After committing to a contract with Airquip to install a new Trane HVAC system, Jeff and Jordan (installation engineers), were onsite to install our new system.

Not only did the Airquip installation team do an incredible job installing the system, but they did it ahead of schedule and leaving the basement cleaner than when they first arrived! I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, capabilities, and thoroughness of their work. I was also appreciative of their willingness to answer my questions as it pertains to the new system and how to use it.

In closing if you are in the market for a new system, or for that matter, maintenance of your current system you should call Airquip. The Airquip team is an outstanding company providing an outstanding level of support. You won't be disappointed ...

The installation guys were great. They completed a ton of work in a single day and got the AC and furnace installed. Everything was cleaned up when they finished up for the day. Highly recommend Nick, Sean and Cameron.

We had a Trane heater and air conditioner installed. Micheal met with me the same day I called and gave me a quote the same day. Because we were a no heat customer they did the install the very next day. Joe and Gary did a great job and finished the install in one day. Great job to all at Airquip.

Brad, Kelly, Brandon, Gary and Cameron. These guys got to the house by 0800 and stayed to 2030 to complete a large job(new furnace, water heater and ac unit/heat pump, wifi thermostat.) Professional and cleaned the job site prior to leaving.

Airquip crew of Jeff, Mike, Sean, Nick recently installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system in our home. They were professional and friendly, and were continuously hard at it getting the installation done. They accommodated all our requests, including some special mounting of line sets to facilitate exterior siding replacement, which will be done after the AC installation. They exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installation work.

I like to thank installers Jeff and Drew both were very knowledgeable of product both were very polite and on time. They did a great job installing furnace, AC and water heater. They also answered every question and were very patient in showing us how everything functions. Let’s not forget about the salesman Michael Bessette who also was very knowledgeable of the product and spent a lot of time going over everything making sure of customer satisfaction.

We appreciated Michael Bessette helping us choose the right-size furnace and AC without overselling as well as all of his insights and candor. I especially appreciated his accessibility and attention to all of our questions while we were making that decision and right through installation. Sean, Drew, and the entire installation crew were on time, professional and considerate, finishing the installation well within the estimated time. Sean discussed with me some aspects of installation before getting started, and there was a conscious effort to make everything work neatly and most efficiently within our space, all of which I greatly appreciated. Everything looks great and we've been very happy with the Trane furnace and digital thermostat (it hasn't been warm enough to use the AC yet). As we were told it would be, the furnace is very quiet!

Airquip replaced our furnace and A/C both in one day. The installers were very friendly, polite, and hard-working. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and saw that they really paid attention to detail. We'll definitely have Airquip do the yearly cleaning/maintenance.

I had a great experience with Air Quip. Kevin Deal is a great salesperson and patiently went through several options with me until we came to a furnace/ac solution I was comfortable with. The installers, Jeff and Chris were wonderful. They showed up at 8:15 in the morning and were done installing my new furnace and A/C by 3:30 with no problems. I would highly recommend Air Quip if you need a new furnace or A/C!
