Excellent customer service and professional installation of our new 2 stage Lennox furnace. Everyone from the initial phone call to the knowledgeable sales dept. to the installers were all very attentive and professional. We would highly recommend Vastola for your heating and AC. They were great!

Have used them before for the same issue, a gas valve on a tank less hot water system. less than two years the same issue is happening, I was willing to use them again to fix it again as the issue is how it was installed by the home builder not from the repair they did. The reason I am giving this bad review is that this time for the same repair they tried to over double the price from what it was from the last time. The part is online for 93.00 they wanted to charge me 245.00 plus 20.00 for shipping because their supply house did not have it in stock. I paid 150.00 the last time they fixed it. so them making 50.00 off the part I guess was not enough and they think making 150.00 is the right thing to charge ( can we say Price Gouging ) That alone says how they treat repeat customers. Then i found a brand new system online for 850.00 and they said they wanted 1700.00 to install it. So let’s break this amount down. LOL. I buy the unit for 850.00 all they have to do is install it. It calls for 3 hours and one person to do it, since it is just a swap of a unit, all the gas pipes and the exhaust and no electrical work required as they are already installed. So they are trying to say that their hourly rate then is 566.00 an hour, I laughed at this one. It was also agreed on that this would be just an install with zero warranty, I understood this since i was buying the unit online. I know these companies need to make money but let’s be reasonable here folks. In short this company had no professionalism and don't care about anything besides over charging. The rep I spoke to flat out said we don't like it when customer buy their own parts because we make money there. I get that but 250% mark up. SO if you want to over pay for work and parts then by all means call them.

We were in need of a new furnace in the middle of January. Vastola was able to make a service call, quote the job and complete installation in less than a week. The best part....they were 40% less than their competitors, apples to apples!!!! THANK YOU CJ Schalberg and Vastola for outstanding service, quality equipment and great cost!

I couldn't imagine a worse contractor than vastola heating and cooling, they couldn't figure out how to do their jobs even if I drew it out for them in crayon, they continue to mess with other people's work when they can't even do their jobs correctly, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to even my worst enemy.

We have had them install over the last few months a whole house generator, tankless hot water heater, and today several split a/c units. Since day 1, CJ has been phenomenal with any and all our sales and installation questions. All our installers were GREAT!! Today’s A/C installers, Dylan and Bob, were professional, personable and top-notch ESPECIALLY given the high temperatures yesterday and today!! I highly recommend Vastola!!!!

Called a week ago or so. Having an issue with my unit. Durea was absolutely amazing and helped me work the problem. At the end I needed your guys. But she was amazing with the help.

I had a 430pm appointment. The office called around 4pm and said the tech would be there at 530pm and would call me. At710pm he still was not at my house and I called the office to tell them I had to leave to go to a wake that was o lt till 8pm! Never heard back from them

Do not try to contact them by their email, their response is nonexistent. I understand it is the Holiday season, but common, I get 20 to 30 emails a day at my place of employment and any failure to respond could be catastrophic to the operation. I cannot judge their service department, but if their response is as effortless as the other aspects of the “contact us” field are their website, I would recommend alternative choices. If the prefer a phone call, please state that!

Our heater failed during a February 2015 cold spell. The decision was made to replace the aging system, and add an air conditioning unit as well.
They removed the old furnaces and replaced with 2 new units and an outside A/ C unit in a matter of 4 days.
All 3 units have worked flawlessly the past 12 months.
Would highly recommend Vastola for your heating needs.

We had a Generac generator installed by Vastola back in March. Since then our generator stopped going through the "test" mode and has required several service calls and new parts. The generator has been out of service longer than in service. Luckily we haven't had the need to use it. It's very concerning to think of these issues and new parts needed for a brand new generator but I'm told it is not uncommon.
Yes our salesman Rick has always been quite attentive/ Don - who has been doing our service is quite friendly and appears to be good at what he does and Mark has been conscientious in following up with us..but it still doesn't provide any comfort level that I haven't bought a lemon.
