I would never use this company for anything, they come out every year to “fix” our system the put in two years ago. They wouldn’t know there heads from there ass’s literally listening to the tech tell us how bad there sales people and there installers are

As always, Vastola is available, on time and extremely helpful! We have an older furnace and instead of pushing to sell me a new one they have helped keep this "tank" going. All their service providers are professional and respectful.

We had our air conditioning replaced and they were great. They had the best price and the installers were very friendly and willing to answer about questions I had. They are my new "go to" HVAC company! Thank you.

Serviced by a very knowledgeable, polite, & respectful young man, Stephen. Stephen also serviced our generator last year. He provided clear information even going extra mile looking up part information that would be needed in future. The office staff also very polite/friendly, called when the technician was running late asking if we still wanted him to come or reschedule.

Cant say enough about my positive experience with Vastola! From sales rep CJ to Bob and Danny who installed our air conditioner. So happy I have finally found a reliable heating and cooling company.....HIGHLY recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful customer service. On one of the coldest days of the year my rooftop heating unit was malfunctioning. Called them up and told them this, including the fact that it was on the roof, the manufacturer of the unit, everything they would need to make any repairs. They said they would send someone out the next day. When the service tech arrived the next day he took one look at the unit, changed the batteries in the thermostat and said his foot hurt and he didn't want to climb a ladder, and that I should probably call a different company, but that they would send a different tech out in the next day or so. I immediately called there service center and was told there was nothing they could do and they would have someone out eventually. I called a different company and was told they would have someone out within the hour. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for service. I cant believe how unprofessional this company is and how lazy their employees are.

Excellent service experience from setting up the service appointment to the completion of the appointment itself. Professional, courteous, customer centric, timely and reasonably priced. I'm using Vastola right now on one of my company's new built home's in Amherst NY. I've worked with alot of contractor's over the years and can tell you these guys are top notch.

Not only are the employees of Vastola responsible, respectful and extremely qualified, but the company all together has great structure. They're always there when we have questions and can always accommodate are build schedule working with or around other contractors.

There's no doubt we will use then again, and we highly recommended them as well.

I had a service appointment scheduled for 1pm on Friday July 10th. Had to miss a half day of work to be there. At 12:45 received a call from Vastola stating my tech had an emergency and had to leave so they needed to reschedule. Reschedule for the next day at noon. Next day nobody showed and nobody called. At 3:45 called them at got there answering service. They stated they would call the tech on call and he would give me a call back. Never received any call. Monday finally received a call and told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck if you choose to use Vastola.
