New home built and used Vastola, systems were not installed properly. I’ve been calling them since the beginning of the year. They’ve come out to “look” and that’s about it. If you call you never get a person. When you do connect they say they will get back to you and never do. I wouldn’t suggest using them for a new project or a repair. Very disappointed in their service. Find someone else.

great experience from start to finish. Chris was on time ,knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment. bob and ray did a great job on the install and walk through.

I purchased a new furnace install from Vastola Heating (Springville ,NY). Unit was 13 months old when I found a 6" round hole above furnace (in sheet metal connecting furnace output to home vents) Vastola never covered hole on install even tho contract stated sheet metal work included. In a short feedback, Vastola never installed correctly. I was charge $170.00 to patch hole even tho they did not operate system on install long enough to feel heat escaping thru hole. Hole was fixed , but I feel it was Vastola's lack of professionalisn on install. I'll think long and hard before using Vastola for future needs. I recommend finding a different installer/repair company. Workers were great and very professional, just company management leaves much to be desired.

These guys are the best. CJ came out and talked us through everything and explained the different options. Never pushy, was up front and honest. The installation today was seemless. The Lenox furnace is amazing, such a different from my old single stage. Sebastian and Jacob were the techs. Super professional, made sure everything was clean, rugs were down to avoid wet and mud. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Call these guys with whatever HVAC needs you have.

I can not speak highly enough of the service provided by CJ and his team with the installation of my furnace and hot water tank. CJ was thorough when he first came out to assess what was going on and provided excellent and consistent communication throughout the process. I had the instant feeling that he was being honest and helping me make the best quality and financial decision I could. He also took the time to show me how restart my furnace manually so my kids and I could still have heat while we waited the 2 days for installation due to the size of the project. They showed up on time for installation and worked efficiently, kept me updated on the progress, were very respectful, and even cleaned up after themselves. This is my second home and the second one I have worked with Vastola on, and I would recommend them to anyone (and I do). Thank you all so much!

I chose Vastola over two other companies specifically because of my experience with them in the past as far as service and the competitive pricing they offered me for my new Carrier air conditioning system and furnace. Chris Wagner is a very knowledgeable salesperson, as well as an experienced technician ..he answered all of my questions regarding my specific heating and air conditioning needs for my house, Teresa the office manager has been outstanding, she goes out of her way to specifically get you in touch with the people that you need of as far as sales and service and always responds with a very positive attitude. All in all this is a great company and if I were to do it again I would choose them again. Thank you!!!!

CJ is by far the most knowledgeable furnace salesman I spoke with amongst all the companies I spoke with. I highly recommend Vastola. Great cost and friendly staff from the initial call to the the install.

Our HVAC system was well along in years. Jack Smith arrived at the house to give us a honest idea of what needed to be done. After agreeing , on price involved, and instillation date we are more than satisfied. The crew was professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves very well. This is a great company to consider for heating and cooling needs.

Vastola provided excellent repairs and modifications to duct work that had been poorly installed. Mr. DeMarco personally visited our home to inspect it. The crew was professional and very skilled. I couldn't ask for better service.
