If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are rude and SCAMMERS! When they come to book an appoinment they say it’s free! But later on when they barely take 5 minutes to inspect the air conditioner unit they say how are you going to pay? They never mentioned anything on the phone about an initial checking fee. $120 for just 5 mins of checking the system. Then on top of that their manager said to screw off on the phone. This is why I would give them 0 stars!

Small failed sensor was fixed within minutes. The tech was pleasant, quick and professional. Thank you team!

The techs for APA were very thorough and punctual. The system was installed in one day.

Price not as advertised and very expensive. Charged $225 to reignite a pilot light. Told visit was $140 but when they got there extra fees tacked on. Would never use again, classic bait and switch.

Your tech (Andrew?) was punctual and quite personable. He explained what he was doing and quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC. What more could I ask for? Very satisfied!

My project was extremely challenging where two other HVAC companies failed. APA met the challenge with triumph and had everything up and running before my deadline. I look forward to years of successful projects with them on my team.

Tech came out at time estimated. Was able to troubleshoot problem, but as usual it takes a week to order the part. Then reschedule the work. Part was under warranty, big deal since labor is $250. Bit pricey but I need heat.
Trane airhandler nothing but trouble since day 1. Don't buy Trane. Do your own homework and dont always take word of sales professional.

Highly recommend APA to any one needing HVAC services. Very good service.
