A wonderful company! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. Been using their services for over 10 years now! The servicemen are very professional, they wear booties over their shoes before they enter your home. Their service contracts are very reasonable. Thank you APA!

Paul was on time, professional and friendly. He performed the winter maintenance in a timely manner. APA has been great and we are glad we use them.

ordered and replaced approx. a week later. I was so impressed with

I had issues with my AC not working after hours on a Friday evening. Because I opted not to utilize the emergency service, I received a call first thing Monday morning and someone was at my house within 20 minutes of speaking to someone. I would highly recommend APA to anyone who needs repairs/service on their AC.

My furnace wasn't heating so I called them and was seen the next day by 2 of their technicians. They were able to jerry rig the heat to work in the short term, but were very general when telling me what the actual issue was and said they could only fix it if I signed up for an annual service plan. I kept refused the service plan and they didn't fix the furnace.

Called up another company, was seen 2 days later, and they were very prescriptive with the issue and how to fix it. Wont try these Air Professionals again with their current business model. Even though their diagnosis visit cost is $65 less than competitors.

I hired Air Professional about 3 years ago to install a new heat pump after I had interviewed two other companies. Bill was very knowledgeable, explained the pros and cons of each thing in easy language and didn’t try to oversell me. His price was competitive. The workers were courteous, neat and efficient. My twice a year tune ups also has been performed by courteous technicians. The people in the office, especially Michelle are courteous and try to help in any way they can. I have had no hesitation recommending APA to anyone and I have.

Excellent job from quote to finish. Crew were very professional and neat and clean. We love our new air conditioner and thermostat which is easy to use and one of the guys showed us how to use it. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We needed to a central air conditioning unit at our home. Bill, the sales representative, was very straightforward, honest and professional. He assessed our needs and recommended the best solution. No up-selling, just the most cost effective answer for our home.

The installation was performed as scheduled. Pete and his crew were very friendly and professional. They were more than happy to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. They left the work areas cleaner that when they started.

This was an exceptional experience from the get-go to the finale. Initial contact with Bill included a detailed discussion and explanation of my needs and options. His quote was within the range of others, but his understanding of specifics and his experience was impressive and made me feel comfortable with my decision to go with APA. Sean and Andre, his technicians, couldn't have been nicer, more competent nor more ethical: they obviously wanted to do a perfect job and went to great lengths to do just that. It's a good feeling to have had something done competently and with care for excellence and client satisfaction.

APA did a great job repairing our 15 year old central air unit. April got back to me in a timely fashion every time I emailed or called. Jared was able to repair our unit instead of replacing expensive parts which saved us a fare amount of money.
We will continue to use APA in the future.
