Air Professional Associates

Dylan serviced our AC today and he was excellent. He was a pleasure to be with as he worked: pleasant, diligent and informative.

The Air Professionals team truly went above and beyond during our installation, which happened in the middle of a pandemic. We had not had anyone outside our household in our home in over six months, so needless to say, we were a little apprehensive, and we'd decided to move to my mom's house for a few days during and after the installation to be extra cautious. When the team arrived, they were of course fully outfitted in PPE and followed all safety protocols. But beyond that, they were so incredibly sweet and warm, taking the time to gush over our (overly-friendly) cat and chitchat with our social-interaction-starved children, and very attentively noting instructions on how to lock up when they were done. We left for my mom's house feeling shockingly comfortable leaving a bunch of near-strangers in our home. And when we arrived back a few days later, not only was the job completed according to plan, but the house was locked up exactly as we'd instructed *and* was immaculately clean - if I hadn't known what transpired in our absence, I would never have been able to tell that anyone had been here, let alone guess at the messy, difficult job they completed in our absence. We are just so pleased with the outcome and so, so appreciative of how courteous and thoughtful the Air Professionals team was. We couldn't ask for anything more!

At 8;30 pm on a Friday night I had no heat. Temp outside about 10 degrees, inside 56 degrees. Called for service and within an hour Jared
was here and diagnosed the problem. He unfroze a pipe and replaced the motor on the 15 yr old furnace ( he had the right on in the truck), He was polite, wore PPE and professional.

The tech who visited was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The rate provided was almost $700 under what another company offered. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. We just moved to area and will be using their support for all of our HVAC needs. Thank You!

2/2/18 update - Again I am so impressed with the service team at APA. I called about a noise when the unit would turn off. They sent 2 technicians, explained the problem all it was, was a setting a few minutes done. They didn't leave till we tried it a few times and then they asked if I had any others issues WHAT a group of professionals. Thank you again.
11/22/17 I would like to thank the entire team at Air Professional Associates. Bill, Vice President, came to the house and designed the new system. I had a new Carrier Air Handler, AC unit, Honeywell controls, redesigned duct work and April Aire Humidifier installed by Jay & Andre (Installers), Kyle (Service Tech). Each were extremely knowledgeable of the products they designed and installed. Their workmanship is truly something they take pride in and the end result shows.

I would highly recommend Air Professional Associates to anyone looking for great products and workmanship at a fair price.

Amazing, I loved their work and they delivered what they promised and plus. Bill was amazing along with the knowledgeable crew. The job was done in one day and the place was left in great condition. Both the Furnace and AC look great and work great. I recommend them any day

Bill and Air Professional Associates were amazing! They came over and instructed us on the best way to cool our house with central air. Air professionals also answered every one of our questions and were very professional in all aspects. We are very happy that we went with them in our central air installation.

the techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They found the problem fast and in about and hour our unit was back up running.

I love this company. When my 15 year old unit died, I had multiple well known companies from Westchester come. People kept telling me the job was super difficult and half of them disappeared on me and never quoted. APA gave me a quote and said aside from the tight space, this was within scope. And their bids came in over a thousand dollars less than anyone else for comparable systems. Their installers were professionals and kept everything clean and finished the job early.

A few months later, when I was having the crawl space insulated, the insulators accidentally pulled the wires and disconnected the unit. APA came right out and fixed it for free.

Great service all around. I wish this is how all companies operated.

APA was highly recommended by our GC, Rosal Enterprises, we were not disappointed. Kelvin was our tech for the spring system tuneup - he was very thorough and professional. His social distancing manners were spot on. We will request he comes back in the fall.
