I have been using APA for years. They are excellent. Prompt, knowledgeable and always responded to my emergencies asap. All techs are very knowledgeable and the girls at the front desk couldn’t be nicer. I use them for both my home and business.

For the past 3 years I have used APA for maintenance and repair of my gas fired heating and air conditioning system. They have been very responsive in emergency situations. Their technicians have been competent and professional.
I also used APA to replace my entire system and they did the job neatly in one day. They provided me with a detailed quote listing the equipment to be used and the time required to do the job. I also appreciate that they have always kept their appointment commitments. This is a good reliable company to do business with. Highly recommended,

Office is very responsive, and technicians are prompt, Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Work was done as promised in regard to cost estimate and delivery/install time. Technicians walked me through the work done, and ensured to clean up the areas well. Would definitely use APA in the future.

Had 3 serivce calls to fix a leaking ductless system. Waited 2 months for an available appointment. First visit their service person said the issue was the coils were dirty and cleaned 4 units in the house. 4 hours after he left, the problem unit was down pouring.

I called the following day and the representative I spoke with said they had nothing available for 2 weeks. I called back the folowing day to complain that I already waited 2 months for an appointment that resulted in a non solution. This representative put me on the schedule for that week.

Second service person came and said the issue was the drainage for the one unit was too high aand that the water could not go against gravity, resulting in the leak. He recommended a pump be installed to solve the issue.

2 weeks later a service person comes to install the pump. 3 days prior we were getting error codes on all 4 units. The service person first installed the pump on the one unit which was difficult to do (3+ hours) and then checked the error codes. He and his assistant went outside to check the compressor and they found the circuit board was burned out. They could not find a model number on the unit and would not be able to replace. They would have their office call to schedule their field person who gives quotes on new systems call to set up an appointment.

I called today after not hearing from them for 10 days and I was told that the last service persons note indicated they suggested replacing the system (that could not be fixed). There was no indication that someone would or should call and in today's call I was told they could not get someone to my home until September 8.

I have thus far been charged for the visits, the pump, the pump installation and I am sitting here sweltering. I called back early afternoon and then later this afternoon and spoke to Lindsey (who does the scheduling for new installs/quotes) both times . At this point I am figuratively and literally steaming and she says that she will ask Bill (who is the person that gives the quotes) call me when he is back in office (this is what she also told me earlier in the day). 9:52pm, no call nor missed calls. It's boiling hot tonight, windows open, fans on and all I am thinking about is how does a company have so many positive reviews and I received the service as outlined above.

Update: 8/24/2022
Received a call today that they will come give me a quote tomorrow.

From my initial contact with a service manager, I was impressed with Air Professionals. The entire team members that worked at my home were on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, considerate. They came on time, were available by phone when I was out and used drop cloths throughout the entry to the work area in order to keep my home clean. No one ever tried to sell me anything, but rather gave me facts about my current system and the benefits of a new one. They made sure I understood all the was being done and to assure me of follow up care. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Jared from APA was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and how it could be rectified. He kept me informed as he corrected the problem. He provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing maintenance or repairs to your HVAC system.
