Integrity was very responsive and transparent. I was having issues with the furnace ever since I bought the house. They were great with communication of what the problems were and cost of possible solutions.

I opted for a new furnace rather than keeping putting bandaids on the current one. They gave me a fair quote and called me as soon as it came in to see if they could come and install it that day to get my heat up and running.

I was having issues with other companies either not returning calls or showing up when they said they would. Integrity was quick to respond and always answered any questions I had and were straightforward with what they could do and the costs.

Everyone was very friendly from the moment I called to the day they had my heat back up and running. A very professional and pleasant company to work with. I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you’re having issues with your HVAC system.

The team at Integrity has been great to work with. Last August they installed a new heat pump, a new oil-fired furnace (to be used as a back-up heating system on really cold days), and all the necessary ducts, fans, etc. to make the system run. Our savings in oil costs has been considerable this winter (we still have an oil-fired hot water heater) and the Integrity team has been great about troubleshooting a few details with the new installation. They just recently came to check out the heat pump to prepare for the cooling season. They're always on time and are great about answering questions. Love the 3-year Comfort Care maintenance program they offer. I highly recommend them.

Great service and knowledge. Rina in the main office did a great job getting us very quick visit and service, and did continued scheduling for contiguous resolution. The repair person Brandon was knowledgeable, personable, knew his stuff, and did wonderful follow-through and follow up. The Owner of the company Bill and Dawn are kind and responsible members of our local community, treat their employees very well, and it shows in the service their people provide. Highly recommend them

I called for emergency service and they were at my home within the hour. Tech was knowledgeable and explained everything that failed with my system. Ended up needing a new control board which is pricey, but It had to be done. They did offer financing through a 3rd party, but I didn't want to run my credit. Overall, great service!

Never got out of the starting gate with this place. I called them on July 3 to get an estimate for central air , complete install. The girl I spoke to set me up for July 7 between 8am and noon for an estimate. I never heard back from anyone the morning of July7 so I called to see if they were still coming. To my surprise I was told no because of the "heat wave". Yes it's been hot but no heat wave. Come on , it's summer. It gets better. I can understand if you get busy, you can't come over and give me an estimate. I get that. But nobody called me. It gets better. The girl I'm speaking to on July 7 starts asking me AGAIN, what kind of service I'm looking for. Complete install for central air for a house, I said. She tells me now that they don't do ductwork installation for central air. What??? Only repairs and replacement of existing systems. So I waited all week and woke up extra early and made sure to be home on July 7 for nothing. POOR COMMUNICATION. It's not hard.

The technician was very knowledgeable on all the in and outs of the central AC unit. I spent a little more than I was planning on but being my AC unit is a bit older than the norm and the tech was there quite awhile that was to be expected. They did replace a part in the AC handler in the attic and the only thing that somewhat bothers me is that I did not ask to see the old part that was replaced. I'm sure it was but that was my only regret. I will give another review once we really test the unit when the hot weather rolls in but I would highly recommend Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning for all your service needs.

Used them as a second opinion. Brady came out and looked at the system. Went through all the wiring in detail, found the problem and fixed it. It was just a wire that went loose. The other Company that came out wanted me to exchange the entire motor. Definitely happy that I called them!

We have a steam heating system in our colonial that was built in 1920. Integrity (Bill himself) has been maintaining it for us since 2006 and we've always been very happy with the professional service we received. Very knowledgeable, honest and nice people to work with trying to find reasonably priced solutions for problems that come with old heating systems.We just worked with John Denaro, who investigated our badly hammering pipe like a true detective, eliminating probable causes beginning with the least invasive ones in terms of repair/time. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, thinking things through before touching anything, and very communicative and friendly. We highly recommend this company!
