Technician Tim was definitely a nice guy who knew what he was doing but the office booked an in-line dehumidifier install which he was not familiar with.

The Tech-Sean-was very knowledgeable and friendly. Treated my home like it was his. Zero mess. I would highly recommend

1. 2021:Tim did a good job inspecting and cleaning my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was on time and wore shoe cover (and face mask) when entering my house.
Will use his service again. 2. 2022: Reise did an excellent job of cleaning, PM for my gas furnace. I will have a safe and warm winter.

So my system is well over 12 years old and I decided it was time to get it replaced. HVAC Specialist was the only company out of the 3 that I called that offered me a decent price and installed my air conditioner next day.

The workers for this company who came to my home - both named Mark - were amazing. They worked tirelessly all day to put in our ductwork so we could have our heat on after not having it on for over a week. They were outstanding, with incredible work ethic and an amazing final product. I highly recommend them.

You want an hvac company that knows what they're doing, thats these guys at hvac specialist inc. They did a full ac replament and air quality test at my new home and it hasn't given me any issues.

Collin was a great technician - very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He came out to add refrigerant to our system when it wasn’t cranking out enough heat in the cold of winter. Problem solved. Happy customer.

Had Jay come out for a quote, got a lot of useful information, and all my questions answered. Felt less predatory than most and more like a consultation. Now we know what to do and when to do it. Will definitely go with HVAC Specialist to make good on our plans moving forward

Super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. When I called to schedule service for our AC going out, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and I enjoyed speaking with her. I was able to schedule an emergency weekend appointment quickly (for a price of course) when other companies said they couldn't schedule us until mid August! Collin arrived Sunday morning at the early end of our time window and could immediately pinpoint the issue with our AC capacitor. He explained what we should look out for in the future and fixed us right up. We was smart, efficient and personable. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience and worth the price, especially being pregnant during a heatwave! :)
