I have had nothing but exceptional service from the time that I made the appointment with John till my AC was serviced by Tim, today. I am very thankful for the recommendation from my friend and will definitely be using and suggesting their services moving forward.

I wish I could state that the service was very good but I cannot. Tim arrived on time and provided texts messages that he was on his way. John, the owner/ service mgr. had indicated that Tim carried all the essential needs, especially new oil burner nozzles for all oil burner service maintenance. Tim did not! We have two Beckett oil burners for our residential home. I engaged in general conversation with Tim, the service technician during his work on our burners. Not wanting to hover over him, I left the area so that he could focus and complete his task. Once, when I returned he was removing the burner nozzle from our hot water tank. He cleaned the nozzle with a cloth and returned it to the apparatus and did nots put anew one in. I aske about why and he said it was good! I was disappointed. I did not want to ask about the other oil burner with respect to putting a new one one so I asked what size it was. He was not sure, so I knew he had not replaced this one either. When it came to the oil filter, I felt the same way, I was not sure he had even replaced it! He sort of said he did but I was watching and I could not identify whether he had.
Usually, when oil burner maintenance is conducted the service tech places a tag on each burner indicating the date and nozzle size used. This was not done! Usually in a small business a business card is provided so that the customer can easily contact the business in question. This was not done. Although a friend recommended your service tome, I was pretty disappointed and it is doubtful, I will call upon you again to service our oil burners. Replacing a very standard oil burner nozzle is the very minimum service. I really got taken on this because John had explicitly made reference to me that Tim carried essentially all oil burner nozzles with him and obviously this was not true. I had even offered to John, that I would go to the oil burners and tell him what size nozzle was in each burner but he clearly stated it was not necessary because Tim carried all the ones I would need. Wrong. Very disappointed. I would appreciate a reply to this survey.

Collin was on time and professional. Found the issue fairly quickly and had the system back up and running in no time. Every experience I’ve had with them has been wonderful. Fully recommend them

I left a message about my broken boiler on Sunday evening on their non-emergency line. Before their opening hours on Monday morning they called me back to schedule the repair. Monday afternoon technician Tim came and had it repaired very quickly. Highly recommend.

Fixed my AC quickly after a random Nest alerted to my Y1 wire no longer being read. Ended up being some darn mice nesting in the return line and clogging it up. Thankfully they were able to get us back up and running in no time. Thanks John.
