I've been using hvac specialist for years and I've never had a bad experience. They come out every year to do my furnace and ac maintenance.

Great service . Very knowledgeable and understanding. Will use in the future for sure. Owner was great and understandable. Dispatched a crew out immediately when told my mother was without heat.

Colin was super professional. I very much appreciated his (& the company) keeping me up to date on the ETA, and clearly explaining what the issue was. John was super helpful and courteous during my initial call as well. All in all a great customer experience!

My initial HVAC Specialist contact was with John who quickly arranged for Tim to come over and perform a diagnostic analysis of my central air conditioning system which quit during the hot summer days and also to get their views on a restoration plan / estimate. In this case I was looking for a second opinion having already had another firm provide a similar analysis. Afterwards I spoke with the owner, Jay, who provided a proposal and arranged for a timely restoration of our AC system. AJ and his colleague, Thomas, ultimately did the work and did a fine job. From my perspective, being a first time customer of HVAC Specialist, all of individuals I dealt with were each very professional, knowledgeable and certainly demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Collin was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain to me how my heating system works and did a great job maintaining my system. I will be using them again in the future.

Collin expertly diagnosed my problem with my old HVAC system. Although he recommended a new HVAC system, he also gave me the option to replace several parts of my current system in order for it to work properly. He came back to finish the job with the appropriate parts and stayed very late on a Friday night until he finished the job. He was very courteous and knowledgeable as well.
