Flanders Heating & A/C provides an affordable solution to heating and cooling upkeep and maintenance by allowing monthly payments. You have to love a company that answers all your questions patiently, and works with you for solutions. I had one small hick up with filters. Nora, the service manager, hand delivered them to my house on her way home! who does that? All of the service techs have been very professional. My most recent technician, Chris was very personable and helpful. He spent a lot of time working out my air flow, which made a huge difference. So pleased, keep up the good work guys!

The team from sales to installation to follow up questions were GREAT! Just starting using the mini split system 2 days ago but so far so good! I highly recommend this company!

Today Jeff went to the house, he explained things and was honest about what needs to be done and what he can do for us today.

We at the Quogue Library have been using Flander's Heating and Air Conditioning for about a year now. Any time we have a problem with our systems, they come right out and take care of it. Laurie in the front office is great to deal with, friendly and pleasant. She is always able to fit us in and get us up and running. Chris the service guy is friendly and knowledgeable. He respects our facility and always has a positive attitude when dealing with me or any member of our staff. No matter the problem, they always get the job done. We are truly thankful we have them service our facility.

Simple call to Bob G. to discuss needed work to move ductless head from hallway to added bedroom. This was second time doing this, though this time was up a floor too. Negotiated acceptable price commitment. Got call from foreman Ken, who came for look/sea and agreed to service date. Service men showed up timely, as promised, and completed what I expected to be a messy move—was not—only one hole to move up one floor and ten feet over. Well done! Easy peasy.

Rob was our service technician. He was great… on time, respectful and especially knowledgeable about our unit. He checked and cleaned the unit making sure it was working efficiently.

Terrible experience, untrustworthy, stay away. The sales person Tom openly lied when quoting a manufacturer's rebate in connection with an upgrade to the system being installed. I upgraded the system, never got the rebate, they never returned my calls as I asked about it. The duct work was also overstated as they completed the job in 1 day instead of the 2 days quoted - I did not get the reduction in price despite the fewer hours. They also had to come back and fix the air handler's speed as they had bungled the installation. They are an authorized installer for the brand of equipment that I installed - this brand should do a better job at selecting the people who represent them.

We have 3 units that were installed by Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning. Jonathan C. was here today right on time and serviced our units. He did a great job and was very professional. I’d definitely recommend the company!
