Weber & Grahn Air Conditioning and Heating

I called Weber & Grahn at 10am for an emergency visit and not being a customer of record, felt surely I would be told
(for the third time this morning), "10-14 days for any new customers". However, quite unlike the
two other HVAC establishments I called, Ms Nicole of W&G was courteous, caring, and very professional. She explained everything and immediately sent me out a new client form to complete and scan back. I was then told I am on the urgent list and to expect a call from a technician within 12 - 24 hours. To my astonishment, at 4:30 pm, Josh from W&G was at my home to examine and repair our AC system. He was neat, precise, friendly, and over all excellent. He had us up and cooling quickly and all this in only a few hours from my initial call !! What a pleasure to work with a local company with employees like Nicole and Josh. They are the finest ambassadors Weber and Grahn could ever wish for to represent their business. The owners and management team at W&G should be very proud of how they performed today. I am grateful and genuinely thankful to be a new permanent customer of Weber & Grahn.

I have been using Weber & Grahn for many years for all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them. It's always quick and easy to schedule appointments and the technicians show up as scheduled. Weber and Grahn do a good job but not a great one. They seem to hire experienced techs but some are better than others. They don’t always do things right the first time and they then followup by sending techs without complete/accurate instructions. They waste a LOT of time due to lack of notes and preparation. Some techs seem keen on leaving as soon as possible — as if they’re trying to hit a number rather than trying to be perfect. They are expensive. They could command fees that high if they were more organized.

We have used Weber & Grahn for several years now. They have a team of nice and knowledgeable workers always get our air conditioning up and running and now introduced wireless controls on our phone which will be great with our multi level home in Mtk. The office staff is also very helpful and stays on top of our request. So yes we do recommend using this company.

I have been working professionally with this company for years and I also use them for my personal home. They are without a doubt, a premier company on the east end. All their employees are professional and personable. great Company to use.

My hot water heater recently broke down, Weber & Grahn arrived not long after I called and replaced it the same day. They were very professional with quality work and reasonable pricing. I called because I totally trust them. Years ago they installed my central air system which has been serving me very well!!! Thank you

This company saved us big time during the heat of the summer. We have a one year old at home and our AC Fan blew out. They had a repair guy over at our house within 2-3 hours and were able to fix the problem in under an hour. They have been reliable time in and time out to help us with any of our AC and heating issues. Would definitely recommend.

Great company. Anytime I’ve had an issue with heating or AC they’ve come in a timely fashion and wouldn’t leave until the problem was resolved. They did all my HVAC work. Would definitely recommend.
