Hardy Plumbing & Heating is great! Ray came to look over our very old boiler and wrote the estimate/worker order. Everyone in the office was friendly and responsive. Scheduling was easy. Brian and the crew (I don’t remember their names….sorry) were fabulous. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We are beyond satisfied! They did a beautiful job. And they cleaned up!

I discovered a leak coming from an L shaped, cold-water pipe running from my water tank, next to the boiler system. I called Hardy around 2:30 pm. They sent a repair man, Chris who came to my house by 3:15 pm. He was a very nice, polite young man and very professional. He done a great job cutting and aligning the pipes, fitting them perfectly back together. The soldering was very neat and cleanly done. He even changed my dirty water filter for me. I felt a bit uncomfortable asking him to change it, but he was happy to do it and didn't hesitate. I was very impressed and happy to have the problem resolved so quickly and well done.

Being able to maintain a pleasant attitude while dealing with a "Hamptons" customer base (we all know what that means) is a rare quality and doing it day after day must be very wearing on Eastern LI businessmen. I have used Hardy three times in the last couple of years and had terrific results: i.e. They answered the phone and listened, they scheduled a visit in quick order, they showed up on time, they fixed the problem, and they charged reasonably. But to me the most important part was that the management and technicians are responsive, respectful and easy to work with.

I have used Hardy twice, a few weeks apart, once for plumbing and once for duct installation. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism of the Hardy employees in both cases. They arrived at the times agreed and completed the jobs efficiently. Knowledgeable and friendly crews in both cases. Particular shout out to Brian, who installed a sump pump. I plan to use them again in future and would have no hesitancy to recommend them to others.

This was my second service call and both times I was lucky to get Sean! He is very knowledgeable and truly takes pride in doing his job well. I feel very secure in the quality of his work and appreciate Hardy Plumbing for their quick response to my service needs.

My seven year old natural gas boiler was shutting off and triggering an error code. Called Hardy at 8am and my boiler was fixed by 1pm! The technician Sean was excellent, called when he was on his way as I requested and was very professional. I guess it was my lucky day as he had the part on his truck because the part supplier sent him the wrong one for a different job that was right for my unit and he didn't have a chance to return it yet. I will be using Hardy in future for my maintenance and repairs. Thanks Sean and Hardy!

Great overall experience. Called for a service appointment and it was scheduled for the next business day. Technician called 20 minutes before he arrived, was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and did. From start to finish, a wonderful interaction in a world of unprofessionals. Highly recommend!
