Rich repaired three leaks on a water line that had frozen and leaked and a valve on the furnace and discovered a half basement through a crawl space. I was very happy with what he did.

We have used Hardy plumbing for many years. Every time we have had one of the plumbers out they have been very professional, respectful and proficient at their job. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

This was a "pinhole" repair on a pipe performed 05/31. I called Hardy for emergency service. I was not home at the time so could not discuss. I was agreeable to pay the almost 550 dollar emergency repair fee - to be precise - 235 for call, 235 for travel and 35 for material (torch). total after tax 548.55. I appreciated the emergency call. Looking at this repair, I'm not a plumber, but I do feel that if you're going to open up a wall , and fix a leak you might as well replace the piece of pip that looks corroded. I did discuss with Hardy the following day and as I understand they informed that they did not feel it needed to be replaced as it was simply flux discoloration and not corrosion. Secondly it was an emergency service call and all they did was fix the leak. They said they could come back and replace but would be additional charge. I let them know I would need to get another opinion because i was concerned about closing the wall and having a leak later on. I was then told that "he would probably tell you it needs to be fixed". So my dilemma is now a fixed pinhole leak on a possibly corroded pipe and a need for another plumber opinion to ensure that it is/is not corroded and does/ does not need to be replaced before i seal the wall. This is not how to win a new customer over. If it cost me extra I would have paid but the fact that they're telling me it doesn't need to be fixed but another plumber would probably tell me it DOES need to be fixed makes me question their credibility.

I have had many experiences with Hardy Plumbing-installations, repairs and maintenance. This visit was about my water filtration system.
It went great!

Kyle Cummings was the tech that came to my house to winterize it. He was great because he did the standard winterize process but also followed special instructions regarding the valves under my house in the crawl space.
