We recently had a backup at one of our east end properties. We scheduled a service call with Hardy , as we wanted to get this resolved right away. The plumber from Hardy showed up on time, was professional, as well as knowledgeable. I like to ask a lot of questions, and he was very responsive. He spent the time to clear the blockage, as well a verify it was no longer an issue. We were very happy with the work, and felt the cost was reasonable. Backups are never fun, so was very happy to have this solved quickly!

Brian, the technician was superb. He goes above and beyond to make certain the job is done properly with no recall.
In this case he winterized my cabana and outdoor water fixtures.

We just completed a total gut renovation of our home in the Hamptons and Hardy Plumbing did all the plumbing work, installing new piping from the water main to all the necessary areas of the house. And they installed a new boiler for our heat and hot water. Their work is very professional, their employees are courteous, know what they are doing, and their office staff is very responsive. If we had any questions or issues, they were quick to respond and to resolve any concerns that we might have had. Billy, their Field Supervisor, was always available for us to discuss the progress and any changes we were considering. We highly recommend Hardy Plumbing!

I needed 2 faucets for a double sink vanity installation and Rich got the job done very nicely. He protected the area he was working on and did a fine job. In addition, he replaced the expansion tank for the hot water tank. This is not the first time I use the company and as of now I am very happy with their services. See you next time!!

I have used Hardy since I had my powder room renovated in 2017. Recently, the toilet was running just a little and I asked them to fix it. Initially, I was told that it was the dirt in the tank, and it was cleaned out and then it stopped leaking/running for about a week. Then it started up again and this time the plumber (Kris) came and put in a new valve that he had in his truck. It now works and they didn't charge me for the service call since the first service call did not fix the problem. I think they were very fair that they didn't charge for the second service call, which other companies do not honor far too often. I will definitely use Hardy in the future.
