Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning

From Al, the salesman, to Ken, the project installation manager, I had a seamless experience with Flanders heating and air conditioning company for an install of a dehumidifier unit with an ozone scrubber in our basement and addition of an ozone scrubber onto an existing Lennox HVAC system in the upstairs attic. No surprises and the work seems to me to be flawless. Henry, a senior technician with over 30 years experience, came out the next day to assess how the air conditioner with heat pump, independent oil furnace heat and separate dehumidifier system with ozone scrubbers integrated together as they interface thru my mobile alarm app. Had the Lennox system installed back in 2019, but as it turns out the heat pump was not operating as intended so money was being wasted on using too much expensive oil heat. Henry had the answers and all aspects of our HVAC system now play nice together! What a pleasure to deal with more than competent professionals. Lo and Behold, when Henry arrived, he also noticed we had just run out of oil in our fuel tank. Talk about serendipity. Henry went to a local Flanders service truck and picked up 10 gallons of fuel oil to place in our oil tank and got us going until a complete delivery could be scheduled for today. Henry made quick work of getting the furnace fired back up. What a calamity of advents avoided. For me this was all meant to be and we thank Jackie and Greg at Corcoran Group for their referral! Job more than well done and highly recommend the team at Flanders.

Efficient, nice technicians came to do some maintenance on the A/C system. They told me what they had done, told me when they would be back to test the system ready for summer and they were kind enough to put bootees on when they came in the house
