    I am stunned that a business and a service is this good these days. We scheduled a central air and boiler installation far ahead, and it turned out to be during a week of very heavy rain and very high winds — but Flanders showed up each day at 6am, and their entire team worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently to install three new air compressors and air handlers as well as a new hot water heater and a new boiler. Their crew worked on 4 floors, from the basement up into the attic, removing the old units, installing the new ones, and cleaning up after they worked. I could not be happier with the work they did, as well as the care they took to be quiet, and each worker was informed and very helpful in explaining the work they were doing.This was a major installation with lots of details and they completed it in 3 days. They should be at the top of the list of people you consider for HVAC work. Highly recommended.

    Our technician was excellent. He answered all our questions and performed his service call seamlessly and with good knowledge. He also, at the last minute, helped us troubleshoot to put our thermostat back online. This turned out to be quite complicated and need collaboration with the
    manufacturer. We are very thankful and appreciative!

    I am taking care of my mom who is 81 yr old and and HVAC COIL LEAKING. Called 3 wks setup appointment, they took credit card information. On the day of appointment, I called to see what time they would come see my HVAC. I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT SET. Yup I will not be calling them anytime soon. I would rate them A ZERO if I could
