Sparrow did a great job helping me maintain my system. I had a few issues with it and they can and resolved it, took the time to explain to me what the issue was and were very professional and courteous. They took the proper COVID-19 precautions and even came back to days later when there was an unrelated issue. Honest and fair.

Minimal effort…got us one week of use until pipes were frozen, dye was running out of unit and it was blowing hot air. Another company came and shared so much more insight and support.
