Kudos to Blake, the technician on my job. He was very responsive in his diagnosis and promptly arranged an appointment to perform a fix. On the job he was quick and efficient and meticulous in his cleanup. Am extremely satisfied with his work.

These guys were the best. They called me anytime there was an issue and worked with me to make sure the job got done. I had all new furnace, AC, water tank and gas lines put in the house. We had issues with National Fuel being there when they said they would and Duffett took care of coordinating everything.

We're very excited to join the Duffett family and are looking forward to years or worry free heating, cooling, and hot water.

They replaced my old furnace with the high efficiency furnaces and for good measure switched out my hot water tank with a tankless water heater (the combination heater). They came in the morning, worked all day, retrofitted the duct work to accommodate the low temperature/ high moisture exhaust, set up the furnace, replaced the thermostats, and had the machine humming. No issues. Job done very well. They are responsive. I had one question a few days later and they responded with an answer in less than 20 minutes. Quite happy.

Jerry was out today, cleaned and inspected our furnace. While checking the furnace he explained what he was doing and what he found. He made recommendations for the future.
He also explained the different water heaters and said ours will need to be replaced in the future.
Jerry is an asset to the company, friendly and very through.
I recommend him and the company very highly.
I will be contacting them when I need replacements of my furnace and water heater.

Needed a plumber to fix some pipes for the washing machine and utility tub. Duffett responded within the day and sent someone out this afternoon. Blake was friendly and explained what was needed to remedy the situation. He offered several additional services but did not ‘strong arm’ us . The repairs were made within an hour. We highly recommend this company.

I decided to pre-emptively get a new AC unit this summer. The Duffett team showed up when promised and gave me multiple options, with the pros and cons of each. He also showed me a no-cost solution to a cooling problem I've had for years instead of charging me for a solution I didn't need.
The work was done on time and very professionally. I noticed the efficiency difference almost immediately. Everything was done on time, on budget, and as promised. Thank you Duffett Team.

After 4 cancellations from company including no call no show. Finally showed up!! Ac serviceman was great!! Plumber for water tank maintenance was very nice and talkative/friendly at first then began trying to sell me water filtration systems and tankless water tanks. After trying to sell me a new anode rod for my 2 yr old tank at a ridiculous price and we said no he became very cold / short with us . After him leaving we noticed water tank pilot light had been turned off. Luckily we were able to reignite the tank. Won’t be having him back!! Good thing ac guy and furnace guys are better!! Thank you!!

A great experience from the initial service call and consultation through the installation. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in their handling of our system. We will gladly use them again and highly recommend to others.
