My furnace broke down during the worst cold snap in February, 2021. Technician "Scott" arrived the same day and after diagnosing the issues with my old furnace, gave me several options in getting heat back into my home, once again. Because of the age and major issues with my furnace, I decided to replace the unit with a 97% efficiency furnace. Scott set up the replacement right away.
Dean and Adam arrived to install my new furnace on time. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. They insured that the new furnace was running in optinum efficiency, and did so in a timely fashion. They explained the details of the new furnace thourally.
I am extremely pleased with the new furnace.
