The workers were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They explained in detail what they did and what they found and what needed to be repaired. Since I am a senior and on limited finances, I need to shop around for the best price on repairing my sewer line.

Everything from the first visit by John to assess the situation to Chris coming to do the job, they both went above and beyond my expectations and both showed awareness of current circumstances with covid-19. Not only were they great but both very personable and put my mind at ease about the issue I was having. Will definitely seek them out for future repairs. Thanks guys!

I have been using Duffett for about 40 years. This time was for a water heater problem. Scott diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on the truck, and installed it. He also performed a safety carbon monoxide check for my reassurance. Very happy with Duffett's response and Scott's work.

Austin W and Chris L truly went above and beyond for us. I called Reimer on a whim as I needed to get ahold of a 24 hour on call plumber because our water tank started to leak all over our floor. Austin was able to get here within an hour and was able to give us a temporary fix until we were able to get the tank replaced the next day (he actually offered to replace it that night!). Austin and Chris came the next day and had the tank installed. Both were extremely professional and so kind. I highly recommend using Reimer!

We had Mitch here on a Thurs, flushing out hotwater tank- Blake here on Fri- installed a faucet , Blake came back on Mon with Mike? to install a hot water tank- that Mitch talked us into- (probably a good idea- old tank was 18yrs old) - all the guys are very personable, knowledgeable and explained what was being done ect- I/we would recommend them. We had other guys in the past- all are great!

Amazing. They called when they said they were going to. Gave me some time to get home from the office. Fixed the issue quickly and with no mess. Service was friendly and courteous and the price was fair. Would definitely recommend.

Scott inspected our furnace and also recommended a tankless water heater which we decided to purchase. His explanations of both were very thorough. Scott’s manner was professional. We would welcome his advice in the future.

Last night I thought the world ended when my blower on my furnace died, nope they ordered the parts in the morning got sent to them an my furnace is back in action on the same day!
