Don't just dont.
Called for a repair. Ended up with fire fighters in my basement after the expansion track exploded. Owners took no responsibility just said I needed a new boiler. Got a second opinion- full repair, no new boiler needed.

This company doesn't care about your health or safety. Un-reliable and the WORST customer service I've come across...So we called this company to do a yearly maintenance on my heater they installed 5 years ago. Upon the workers arrival we saw he had no mask on, so we went outside and asked him if he would kindly put one on before coming in the house. He started to walk away and I said "oh its in the truck, sounds good" -He turns around and goes "you know you're the first one who asked me to put a mask on"...Then proceeded to say "we watch to much TV" and started CURSING and calling us NAMES.... We told him my mother was a Cancer patient and he flipped us off and said "go back to sleep"?...Have no idea what that comment meant. So we called the owner of the company and told him what happened. He proceeded to laugh at us and said just what his "worker" said...." You're the first person who wanted our workers to wear a mask, no one ever asked us to wear one in thier house before"....This day and age with hundreds of thousands of people dying from this horrible virus you think they would want to give thier customers the ut-most service, respect and saftey....Especially after how we told him AND the owner that my mother has Cancer along with other medical issues- WHICH HE LAUGHED AT....The boss of the company and workers could care less about your health or safety and think the covid 19 virus is -And i quote "A hoax"... Please be aware and weary about anyone entering your homes. Especially this low quality under performing company such as this.
-This compnay was previously owned by my grandfather's life long friend- That's how we became customers. It's a shame to see where they have come today....
