Chris and the entire team at Cool Clean Services were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough, delivering impeccable service from start to finish. I recently purchased a home with ductless A/C units in three rooms. Though the units appeared to be fairly new and in good shape, I noticed an awful fish-like smell coming from one of the units after a few weeks of living in the residence. We called Chris and he promptly came (in the middle of a heatwave!) to inspect the units. While he couldn't say for certain what was causing the smell because it could be due to a host of reasons (i.e., a small animal, refrigerant leak, etc.), he recommended that we have the units cleaned as a starting point. We scheduled the cleaning for a week later and sure enough -- it did the trick!

In short, Cool Clean Services is a reliable, trustworthy, and cost-effective company that I look forward to working with in the future for our annual servicing needs. Had Chris come and clean my very dirty 10 year old LG ductless AC and let me tell you what a great experience it was, first Chris is super responsive and came last minute without an appointment because he was doing another job in my town and I’m glad he did.. the amount of built up gunk in my never cleaned unit was incredible. I used Cool Clean Services to have two units cleaned in my apartment. Chris the owner was very responsive and professional. I live in a Co-op building in NYC, Chris took the initiative/lead dealing with management and providing all requested support prior to the service appointment. The work was completed within the scheduled time, and the units looked brand new. This was all done for a very reasonable price.
