This company cleaned my 20 plus & 5 year old split A. C. Units. Having cleaned, vacuumed in & out , we didn't know until this year that they could be cleaned inside & out. They were filled with mold and mildew! Cool clean did an outstanding job! Professional, clean and veteran owned business! Thank goodness we found them and have clean air from the a.c. units! They also cleaned outside condensers!

There are not enough stars for this company!! The guys were on time, friendly, helpful, clean and efficient. I had two units badly in need of service and they are working perfectly now. I will definitely use them, again and have already recommended to others in my building.

I needed a full cleaning of my ductless heating / AC units. I called 3 of the larger, more well known providers. They either didn’t know if they offered the service or tried to sell me a “service” call first to assess what services are needed, then they would book a subsequent appointment

I then came across Cool Clean Services who understood my ask and offered a quote immediately (which was much more competitive than what took multiple calls to extract from the others). The cleaning of the units itself was done professionally with Chris explaining each step and left no sign of being there. I’d highly recommend and would call upon again when needed.

Just the best service visit I have ever experienced. Chris and his partner (sorry I didn't catch his name) were so careful, clean, and precise, and did an amazing job cleaning the units. It has already made such a big difference. If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

Technicians arrived on time with advanced notice. Very polite and professional. Did a great job cleaning my duct less unit, cleaned up after they finished. Reviewed with me what they were going todo, executed the plan and answered all my questions. Cleaned up after they finished so the only thing that showed they were there was a shiny, clean ductless air handler. Will definitely schedule a cleaning next year with them.

When I noticed something black and crusty “growing” within my ductless mini-split unit, I knew something had to be done! Our dryer vent needed to be cleaned as we had noted that it was taking longer for clothes to dry. Chris from Cool Clean Service responded within minutes of an online inquiry on their website with clear pricing and schedule availability.
He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and had all the right tools to get the job done professionally.
He made some suggestions for parts that could be replaced with better quality parts but wasn't pushy which I appreciated.
After cleaning our dryer vents, I had him go to my parents house and clean their dryer vent as well. They were also very pleased with the service.
Both our dryers are now working as they should.
