If I could give -stars I absolutely would. My grandparents contacted Victory Brothers last week after their central air unit stopped putting out cool air to request service ASAP. They were given a service appointment for a week later (scheduled for today between 12pm-4pm). At 3:30pm, I advised my grandparents to contact them to inquire about the ETA. Would you believe after being placed on an extended hold, Victory Brothers fabricated a claim stating my grandparents cancelled their appointment (in the middle of a heatwave).
I in turn contacted Victory Brothers to stress the fact there was no way my grandparents would cancel their appointment in the middle of a heatwave and requested to have them serviced as soon as possible as they are seniors living alone. The response I got was extremely dismissive and without any sense of urgency. My grandparents were offered the option to sit in the sweltering heat in their home and be serviced 2 days later!
Horrible business practice. Thankfully, I was able to contact another HVAC service provider who went out to service my grandparents moments later, within an hour of receiving my call.

I have had some pretty bad experiences w/ contractors.. from home repair to car repairs.. I'm terrified when there's a need and I'm unable to get a personal referral. Victory Bros were a life saver!! I am fostering my autistic grandson and if you know anything about foster care, know that case managers can pop up at anytime. One came on the day my boil went kaput.. they gave me 24hrs to correct the problem before removing my grandson. I was desperate so I called around, no one available. Remembered I'd driven pass "Victory Bros" building on many occasions, so I called explained my dilemma to the young lady who answered the phone. Not much later two of the nicest, respectful young men ("The Brothers") showed up, detailed my problem, fixed my problem and the fee was surprisingly affordable. Granted I believe they gave me a "foster grandmother, senior citizen" rate. I am eternally grateful.. God Bless You Victory Bros.

This company is very unprofessional. They do NOT pick up their phone and send it to voicemail a majority of the time. When you do get a hold of them, they are unaware of the appointment they give you. I was scheduled to have them come between 2pm-6pm and they never showed. We received NO calls regarding cancellation, rescheduling, or anything saying they are running late. Unprofessional company. Also overpriced! I would not do business with them.
