I work directly with Donnelly and their professionals to provide our entire 77 floor business skyscraper in Midtown fully maintained and operational with our HVAC equipment at all times. We had extreme winter temperatures back in 2015 and that was the only situation we had. But they arrived within 45 mins and our heat was fixed and our staff was safe from the frigid cold. Solutions are devised to correct any concern, with an eye on saving the client $$$ & avoiding unnecessary costs. Couldn't ask for a better vendor in the NYC market.

I have to say, their support and responsiveness to their customers is very impressive. They have like 100 HVAC professionals waiting on your call if you have a concern about your HVAC system. This only happened twice because of their easy to use turn key system but they were quick to come maintenance and repair our problem. I had an issue with a sudden rise in cost with our utility bills. They let me know I was way overdue for a maintenance check up. So, they made some minor repairs and adjustments.Now our HVAC bills are back to what they were before. Thank you Donnelly!
