I was referred to them by one of my very best friends who used them during a full renovation of his brownstone I found them to be extremely thoughtful during the pre-work walk through determining what was the best installation pathway and during the installation of the units for my brownstone their associates were timely in their arrival and professional during the entire installation process, which included the electrician. I was further impressed with daily maintenance at the end of each day. I would strongly recommend them as their is great value in their finished product, including the units that were installed.

My family and I are very happy with our new HVAC system. Summer is in full swing, and we couldn't be more thankful. Blaka Cool Inc did a great job with the installation from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They carefully explain each step in the installation process, also how to properly use and care for the system. It was a pleasure having them in our home. I truly appreciated the the work area was left clean at the end of each day.

Did a good job negotiating a tricky two-family service call. Miguel worked like hell to get us squared away - even staying as late as 11pm one night still working on our issues. When it gets hot and humid and your a/c stops suddenly you want a guy willing to work all night to help you!

Highly recommend Blaka Cool for any of your HVAC needs. They've come to service our HVAC system many times for various reasons (leak test, regular maintenance/servicing, cleaning, etc.) and I'm consistently impressed with their expertise, responsiveness, quality of work, honesty, and willingness/desire to troubleshoot problems and to make sure things are really working as they should. The team is friendly and easy to communicate with, straightforward and no fuss. I'm no HVAC expert but I feel confident trusting their judgment and expertise. Also, fair prices. Mahesh and team always advise on issues that we can resolve on our own, and he's always happy to troubleshoot over the phone before necessitating a service visit or pricey intervention, which I really appreciate.

Munesh, Raakesh and Harry are very professional. These guys are knowledgeable, detail-oriented and experienced. They responded quickly to my inquiries over text and email (as well as the phone). They were prompt and very respectful of the rules of my co-op building in Manhattan. They installed a Mitsubishi split-system that looked perfectly in-place when the job was done. I received follow-up calls and a courtesy servicing of the entire setup. I cannot say enough good things about Blaka Cool Inc for HVAC work. I highly recommend Blaka Cool!!

Blaka Cool Inc and their team (specifically Munesh, Satish and company) have provided several services to me (ductless ac/heat split units and dishwasher installation with additional plumbing). The work was excellent with utmost professionalism and timeliness and reasonably priced. Will use them again in the future for sure.
