I called Manish on a really cold Saturday morning where my furnace was spitting out cold air. He send one of his team mate and came after as well. Very prompt, courteous and fixed our heating system. Will call him again whenever I have any issues.

I had an open permit for a job that was completed 12 years ago. Munish and his team was able to rectify the issue and closed out the permit very promptly.

They are the guys with skills and honest. I got my navien boiler screwed up and no one can solve the problem. Even a guy (ATG) who's recommended by navien website. Came to disconnect my wires and told me I need to spend big money to fix it. However, blaka cool claim my warranty and change a whole new machine with just some labor fee(All previous plumbers told me I don't have warranty). Blaka cool is the only one you can really trust. Fair price, good service. Highly recommend. I also called them recently to maintain the system as well. They flush all my pipe, they also help me clean the flame. They do extra job without charging extra fee. I know the owner for years they have never changed. Jobs done quickly and my boiler work very well, excellent!
