All Day Plumbing cares about their customers and I felt totally taken care of their focus is indeed customer service and customer satisfaction.

I totally recommend them and now have a lasting relationship with them for my water heater and also furnace.

Tom and Rex (spelling?) were phenomenal, professional, and took pride in doing diligent work. They installed a sink and new shower hardware. ( If you base your decision of hiring the company on this review, make sure to request Tom and rex--or someone else reviewed positively here-- because, we had someone else sent to us for a different project, and the experience wasn't as pleasant. The customer service was helpful, just the people they sent a second time, weren't that pleasant to deal with.)

You can tell that Tom is someone who knows his profession very well. He was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this duo.

To management: If you require them to do paperwork, it would be very helpful to outfit them with a proper device (tablet). It is very difficult for the customer and for them to navigate everything on a phone. It is time-consuming for everyone.

I am grateful to technicians Edwin and Bryan. They were on time, professional, patient, and thorough. I hope I won't have another plumbing issue anytime soon, but if I do I know just who to call. Thank you All Day Plumbing.

We had an experienced and professional installer. The installer cleaned up the area after doing the job and explained the details of the warranty for us. We were very happy with the service and would recommend All Day Plumbing and Heating to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Do NOT use these people. So unprofessional and rude on the phone. They NEVER return a phone call. They installed a dishwasher for us through Lowe's (that's another story). That was a little over a week ago and now the dishwasher isn't working properly and they refuse to return a call. NEVER AGAIN!

The best, Paul, Raks, Eric, and Kat know their plumbing and are all very intricate parts of this organization. They are the heart and soul of the company overseen by Matt!!!

They arrived on time, kept a clean workspace, and were very professional. Edwin was very informative and knowledgeable, thank you for the installation (water heater).

I was connected to All Day Plumbing & Heating via a service request I put in through Home Depot when our 100 gallon water heater stopped working because of a leak. I talked to their sales rep for a bit and we decided on a 75 gallon tank both based on the needs of the building, but also based on its availability (a 100 gallon tank would have taken a week to get!) Installation was great! and it included the removal of the old water heater.

Unfortunately less than two months after the installation, it stopped providing hot water and the pilot would not light. When I called them I got no answer, but I got a text-back message that asked for more information. When I spoke to them the next day, I was told that I had to contact the manufacturer (Rheem)

I ended up having to call my own plumber after troubleshooting with Rheem. It turned out that the problem was with the pilot assembly which had somehow burned out and was ultimately not providing gas to the burner.

So I am disappointed. I would have expected All Day to have sent someone over to inspect the hot water heater and come to that conclusion. Instead had to jump through hoops for support.

Requested quote first time to install a gas water heater Paul the manager came and right off entering oh this is a lot of work ,you don’t want an electric water heater ,why don’t you get a quote from some other company clearly not interested in doing the job. This was back in June of 2022. In October by coincidence tried thru other sources and surprise, surprise who responded ( All day plumbing) this time they sounded interested in the job they asked full pay up front about $4,000 but settled for half a month went by and no information from them contacted them and again surprise needed to spend an extra $500 for a different inspection or Con Ed wouldn’t give me the permit’s decided to cancel job and to get money more stories. To think that this company is referred by Home Depot and Lowes is beyond belief maybe the should be notified where there references are going So. Stay stay stay away from this company

I normally don’t give reviews, but in this case I am making an exception! My water heater stopped working at the worst time I thought, Memorial Day weekend.. But they worked so fast, they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and they were able to install the new tank the very next day on a Saturday! Jason was the installer, he was here on time, very professional and got the work done in a heart beat. I am extremely satisfied will definitely use them again.
