I had a new air conditioning system, replacing one that was 30 years old, installed. Much of the work involved working in a confined attic-like space. From the moment Eddie and his First Choice team arrived and laid down covers to protect floors and furniture, to the moment they left three days later after explaining the intricacies of the new thermostat, the entire effort was done in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. I am always happiest when I think I got my money's worth. First Choice made me happy.

No customer service skills whatsoever. I called to schedule an appt yesterday, told me someone would be coming by today, filled out all paperwork and no one showed up. They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that no one will be coming out.

Great company they came when they said install was fast the product works great and if there is a problem they respond fast and the owner jimmy is a nice guy
