Rob was super cool. My boiler went out the night before and hot water went out the morning I called him . Luckily I found him on Google. Pricing was reasonable ( $400) especially when I asked him to light the pilot in the hot water tank and we both discovered the gas valve needed to be replaced. Since I have an old tank ( over 15 years) we shopped at 3 stores just to find the piece . He also had other homes to service but placed them on service because assessed my situation and realized I was in dire need to fix my boiler and hot water tank. Thank you!!

So far so good. My fiancé called to ask for an appointment for a furnace repair but in the evening next week. Spoke with a Rob whom she says was very accommodating. This location is close to my home, will see what happens and update the review at that time. I pray it works out. Love to support local businesses but don’t want to be taken for a ride. My furnace pilot light keeps going out and I understand that it could be a number of things from my research. But, again will update review after appointment date. As of now, 5 stars.

Just to update my previous review, the five stars still stands! I am very happy to support this local business owner. What professionalism! Rob kept his word and was extremely respectful and sympathetic of my situation. He communicated well with us and kept his word with every encounter. We had him come back to do work on our water feeder and he arrived on time and gave us an estimate of the price prior to the work being done. He even confirmed the Sunday appointment the day before to be sure plans did not change. Very impressed and pleased with the work done. He kept the place clean and respected my home. He also provided a detailed receipt of services performed. I’m not a big writer of reviews but my fiancé and I are very pleased with the work done and knew I must express this in a review. I recommend this business 100% and I pray you have the same experience. Call!

Rob thank you so much! My central AC was acting up and I needed someone to fix it. Rob was very professional he called to let me know he was on his way. He was able to trouble shoot the problem and my central AC was back on track! So glad he was recommended to me and I surely recommend him!

S&D was very professional and very reasonably priced in repairing my thermostat issue. Highly recommend them.
