EXCELLENT WORK. They showed up on time, and only 3 hours after I made my original call on a Saturday! Eric was the best and his assistant was also awesome. I will recommend you guys to anyone needing work on their AC.

We purchased our unit from Model HVAC Service and they were great to work with then and have continued to be great. Techs were here today to do the summer maintenance. They were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will continue using Model HVAC Service and recommend them to everyone.

Finally i found a great service for air duct cleaning !! Outstanding service. Greg explains exactly what is going on with the system, the work that needs to be done and why . Reasonable price. I highly recommend Model HVAC Service over Residential and Commercial jobs.

Company is a scam. They charge you prior to the visit and then lie about the times they come. Do not respond and steal your money.

From beginning to end, this was a fantastic experience. I called after hours hoping to leave a message because it was not an emergency. A manager answered the phone, took down all of my information, and said someone would contact me the next morning to let me know when they could come out to help. The next morning, I received a call and was scheduled for the same day. Great! It's been cold because our heat went out. Our technician, Mike, arrived on time and was extremely professional. I explained the situation to him, and he quickly resolved the problem. He took pictures of everything and stayed long enough to make sure we were warm. Keep the good work up guys!!

Best AC service provider. Excellent service by experts. I used to go with this company for my services and they agreed upon my request even though my location is away from them. Reasonable cost and no hidden or unnecessary costs.
