After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give Chris a chance. I’m so glad I did. He did a great job giving our split units a much needed thorough cleaning. He even advised us on how best to use the various power modes more efficiently. I’m happy to add another positive review to his growing list.

If you have a ductless AC/Heating system in your home and it's been installed for 2 or more years, you should have your air handlers cleaned. Check that, you need to have your air handlers cleaned. Professionally. Chris and his team are professional, diligent, respectful of their surroundings, and reasonably priced. I could not have been more satisfied with the work performed. I had a great experience with this company. The owner Chris did an excellent job of cleaning our ACs and explaining step by step what he was doing and why. He was extremely professional and honest. I would highly recommend Chris and Cool Clean Services and plan on using them again in the future!

Chris is really great! Don't bother contacting other places. I contacted a few companies to get my ductless units + dryer vents clean and some were slow to respond, did not respond at all, or were very sloppy/unprofessional in their response. Pricing was competitive, and communication was clear, easy, and direct. There were clear instructions on how to prepare before his arrival, as well as reminder texts/calls. Chris showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and was very communicative throughout the whole process. There was no pushing of extra services/upselling. He was honest and we will use him again next year when our ducts need another cleaning!

Chris came by and did a deep cleaning of our ductless AC system and boy did we need it! He was polite, on time, and did the job thoroughly. He respected our property and even helped bring in our groceries! I would absolutely recommend this service and will be using them again.

Work was thorough and efficient and he has designed his own protocol which does not require taking the rotor wheel out of the system. Provided us with tips on maintenance and how to reduce costs. Chris was on time and did a great job on cleaning all 5 of my ductless units. He was professional and the units looks brand new and the gym sock odors from the units are gone. Great prices and I recommend Cool Clean to anyone.
