I am so happy I stumbled on Cool Clean Services when I needed my mini split AC system cleaned. I was under the impression there was no maintenance for these kind of units, but boy was I wrong. One vent in my bedroom became so clogged with mold and debris it stopped working! I called Cool Clean Services and easily set up an appointment for a few days later. Great communication about when the tech would arrive and what I needed to do to prepare for the visit. I have had my units for 5 years and after seeing the build up in my units, I will be certain to call for an appointment every spring at the very least. Chris, the owner who serviced my units, was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He was honest and genuine. He shared settings that would save energy and tips for using the units that the company who installed them didn’t even mention. The price was unbeatable given that Cool Clean is one of the only companies around who perform this kind of cleaning service. Chris was absolutely amazing. He was timely, professional, and also just a great person to chat with. He really went the extra mile with cleaning our mini split systems and gave us tips for how to prevent mold and mildew going forward. The cleaning was thorough and the musty smell is gone. I wish I had met Chris while ago because I didn’t know that someone like him exist. I have 8 AC/Heat unit in my house that are 13 years old and he cleaned them really good. He was very clean and very neat. He made sure that everything around the unit was covered and even the floor just in case any water splashes outside the unit. He cleaned in and out of the units. When he took off those covers I was impressed because they were not easy and of course he made it look like it was nothing. He’s very experienced and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs maintenance on their AC/Heat unit. Now all of our units looks brand new again!!! When he finished he made sure to turn them on and the difference was the air was so much cleaner and running good again. Thank you Chris for some Cool Cleaning!!!!
