AMHAC's technician Jamal has given us excellent service for our heating system. He has always been professional, and he has answered all of our questions thoroughly. Also, his repairs have been very effective. He is a delight to work with.

I called this morning at 7am and spoke with Janet in customer service. She set up an appointment that same day. Adam came to my house and in less then 15 minutes I was up and running. Great service and would recommend to everyone!!! Thank you AMHAC

AMHAC was able to troubleshoot my ductless mini split AC issues and resolve what was a pretty complex issue. Staff was professional and reliable to work with and their customer service has been solid. Looking forward to having them maintain our home’s AC system yearly to keep things in top shape.

I had no heat and my regular heating and ventilation service man was not available. The temperature in the house was 44 degrees. I asked my plumber and he recommended AMHAC. I called early in the day and by the afternoon, Santiago and Legenry came and fixed the problem and ordered the part. They were both cordial and explained the situation and answered my questions. I was very pleased especially that I have not used AMHAC before and I did not know what to expect. Janet who made the arrangements for me and followed with a phone call was equally helpful. Con Ed shut off our gas due to the detection of a leak mid-January. Amhac was able to come next day and remained responsive and committed until we could get back our gas service and heat and hot water. The individual plumbers who came to the house were on time and professional especially Elvis. Pat who oversaw the job made sure the paperwork was filed
And coordinated with Con Ed. Excellent professional service. Highly recommended

Our hydra-coil heating system recently stopped working in the midst of this very cold weather. As a result we were without heat on the second level as well as hot water in the house. The lovely people at AMHAC responded immediately to our request for help. They came out within an hour for an after hours call and diagnosed the problem immediately and did they’re very best to secure a part for us and get it in stalled within a short period of time. Our customer service agent Janet worked diligently with us and kept us apprised of the part’s delivery status frequently. We felt like we received VIP service and are very grateful. We will definitely continue to use AMHAC as our HVAC service provider.

Our boiler stopped working on a Sunday morning. We called and were asked if we could wait until Monday for service as the charge is greater on a weekend. Waited until Monday. Serviceman, Jamal, called before arrival that morning and arrived clad in a mask and put on booties. Jamal was polite, asked good questions, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Before departing, Jamal explained a couple of points of concern to keep an eye on. Something we appreciated as we have never had a home with a boiler before. We will definitely use AMHAC again.

We have been using AMHAC to service our home’s A/C and heating units for over twenty years. Joe was at our home today in Greenwich to check an issue we were having with our upstairs A/C. Once he determined the problem he tried various ways to fix it.
He was very thorough and communicated very clearly. Before leaving our house, he also checked all the radiators as well. We would recommend AMHAC to anybody.

This past week we ran into an issue with our AC unit as it suddenly stopped working. We called first thing Monday morning and spoke to William. He understood our issue and we were able to get an appointment the same day. Our technician (Angel) was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about our AC unit and detected right away that the motor was the issue. He assured us that we would be able to get the part and install by the middle of that week. Lori and her manager Natalie provided excellent customer service and kept in contact with us on when the part would arrive and when we could expect an appointment for the install. As promised, a few days later the part arrived and Angel came back to fix it. Within the hour, we had our AC back! He did another fantastic job! We have been a long time customer of AMHAC. We have always found the technicians to be very knowledgeable and friendly and the office staff to be great too! We will always recommend their service to family and friends.

The technicians are very clear about what they are doing and act in a professional manner. They also clean up their work area. The price is very reasonable for the service.
