I have been using AMHAC for over twenty five years and have been very happy with their services. They are professional, knowledgeable and responsible.

After a few years of using a larger competing company (they make soup better than they do AC/Heat) with very disappointing result in both quality of work, reliability and customer service we contacted AMHAC for a new installation of central AC. From our initial contact to finished installation AMHAC has been very responsive, Client oriented, Courteous and leaving us feeling like we actually matter as customers. All AMHAC staff we have been in contact with has been knowledgeable and helpful and after the Install of our new AC we have also signed a maintenance contract for our heating system and when it is time to upgrade our heating system I will for sure use AMHAC. I had my A/C transformer fail over the weekend in May with temps reaching 90. AMHAC did a phenomenal job getting emergency service out to me quickly and helping to resolve the problem. Kevin was our technician and he was super friendly and courteous in addition to being knowledgeable about my issue. I am incredibly grateful for his great work and will be using only AMHAC in the future!

Alvaro from AMHAC came to perform maintenance on my furnaces. He was right on time (at the beginning of the window) and was able to answer my many questions. He completed the maintenance efficiently and gave me advice on my system. I had never used AMHAC before but will definitely continue to use them for my cooling and heating needs in the future.

AMHAC has been servicing our HVAC for three years since we moved into our home. They do annual checks before we turn on the system for the year and have provided issue support when we accidentally froze the system by clogging the filter during home repairs. They have helped us learn the system which they installed for the previous owners - helping us install a nest thermostat instead of the wireless remote that was used (and always lost by us). Most recently they were able to efficiently do our maintenance and check for leaks in the system post the home repairs in one visit which others had told me would take two visits. Highly recommend them as they provide great service and maintain great records of my home service which makes it easier for me.

Very professional service. Janet provided great service on the phone to keep me informed on part I needed for my unit. Technician Desmond arrived fixed and sat in my attic for an hour making sure the heat upstairs in my house worked. Gave me information on what he did in simple terms. Everything runs great and couldn’t be more happier. I have used AMHAC for many years and they come on time and finish the job. Highly recommended.

Gold star for customer service. We engaged AMHAC a few years back for their annual contract and have always been pleased with their service—twice each year, a friendly, knowledgeable tech arrives and makes sure everything is running well. But when a major part failed in our system during a hot spell, they diagnosed the problem quickly, sourced the parts, and had a pro here to install them. We look forward to continuing our service contract with AMHAC—thanks to Janet, Adam and the rest of the team for a job well done!

I have used AMHAC many times over the years and at different properties. They have great administrative customer service. They are always there when they say they'll be (if not earlier, after getting your OK). And the technicians know how to quickly isolate a problem, recommend and peform a repair. They arrived during the middle of a heat wave and had my AC fixed in half an hour. Best in Westchester!

I wanted to make sure our A/C systems are working well as we head into the summer. So we're glad we chose AMHAC to perform an A/C system inspection. Diego E. came to our house and inspected both our condensers, looked at the coolant levels and made sure the systems were working as they should.
