The tech did a good job in helping us buy a new Trane air conditioning unit. He is very professional, very nice and a good listener to my needs regarding my purchase. He went out of her way to help me with financing. Truly the best person I have ever worked with.

Chris came out to our home the same day and was very professional, efficient, and helpful in discovering what the issue was and what we needed repaired. Our AC is now working very well. We are also now signed up for a maintenance membership which I thought was a great deal. Overall our experience with this company and with our technician exceeded our expectations.

Last week I called Omega Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning because I needed a new furnace installed at my house and these guys were best choice I ever made. Ken and his team did a great job installing a Trane XR 80 furnace and it's been running great! Rudy was efficient, fast and skillful at his work. We've had Ryan in to look at both our furnace and air conditioner over the last few years. He's very professional and does good work. He came out to look at the air conditioner this spring, and was here for such a short time he didn't even charge us a service fee!

These guys are truly the best. They have installed a new air handler and AC condensers at my home, and now they’re installing an HVAC system. They are professional, they know everything there is to know about heating and cooling. They are reasonably priced and they work really hard to make sure everything is done right. I called Omega Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning company to have a check up on our A/C system since it had failed to function for a week. Technician Ken essentially came and made some adjustments to the existing system as well as several recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency of air flow. Highly recommend this company! Their 5 star reviews are legit. Our technician Chris did an outstanding job fixing my furnace issue. I asked him a million questions while he was working and he answered every question. He was so friendly and by the time he was done, I felt very much satisfied.
