Very professional, responsive, and effective. I used AMHAC during an emergency when my year-old A/C stopped working after a storm. They came same day and had it up and running within an hour. I now use them for annual maintenance.

AMHAC has proven to be very reliable and professional and has provided us regular annual maintenance service. We recently had a major breakdown of our central heating/hot water system during the coldest days of the winter, while we were away. They responded to our call immediately, made the necessary repairs quickly and had the system up and running in short order. It was a very satisfying response. Three years ago they dealt with and solved another major problem and we were very satisfied with the work and the workers. We have happily recomended them to several of our friends and neighbors.

Great service woke up Saturday morning on the coldest day of the year and my boiler was not working. Called AMHAC and left a message at 9 AM. They called back at 9:30 AM and had a technician out to me by 1 PM. He was able to fix my boiler and had heat started to come back on by 2:30 PM. Very reliable service.

I was needing a special part so I went to the store and Barnaby took my order, I can say he gave me the best attention I ever had in the USA, he is so kind

Called the company this summer for A/C maintenance and they were on time and very professional. They answered all my questions and are very friendly. I signed up with the silver plan for my heating system and will be upgrading some parts. Customer service is great and very friendly. Highly recommended company!!!!!

We just switched to AMHAC, deciding to use a new company after Hurricane Ida ruined everything. I found the company responsive, timely, and less expensive than the other company we used. The men who came were professional and polite. From the little things (I appreciated that they put on shoe coverings so as not to track dirt in the house) to the bigger things (when I asked about uneven air flow, providing helpful suggestions), and even the office staff (very friendly and helpful), the whole experience was very positive.

Recently had a maintenance check up with another company which resulted in malfunction 24hrs after their visit. We next contacted AMHAC for assistance and they were exceptional! Came to the site multiple times, called in advance, ordered parts. Even came ahead of appointment time to make sure they were not missing anything! Technicians were very well mannered, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, fantastic job and customer service, we were able to get our heat back! We will continue with their service moving forward. Highly recommend this company.

Found this company by tracing the make, model number, and serial number of my heater/AC unit to the manufacturer's web site. They had a link to authorized service companies and parts distributors in my area. AMHAC had more positive reviews than any other dealer on the site. Leave it to Murphy to have my AC condenser fail during a horrific heat wave! I called AMHAC, knowing that they are the leading Carrier dealer in Westchester and was greeted by Janet. She is the nicest and most accommodating professional I have encountered in a very long time. Janet worked with me to get expedited a technician, made sure the work was completed and I was satisfied. Rewinding a little, Alvaro was my technician. He was professional, knowledgeable and made short work of my repair. In general, the AMHAC team made a really bad situation go away and I am more than thrilled and extraordinarily thankful!

We had an annual maintenance service performed for our furnace and AC. The AMHAC tech rep was prompt. professional, and courteous. He was knowledgeable and shared useful information regarding equipment condition and proper use. I would definitely call them again.
