I knew my gas boiler would eventually fail us. I promptly called AMHAC in the morning and they had someone over by noon. The tech diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and placed an order for a new hot water circulator pump. Parts arrived the next day and AMHAC installed the Circulator pump and Aquastat. I am totally happy with the work they did to fix my old gas boiler. Very reliable on-time service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We have been using AMHAC for years. Their service and knowledge can't be beat! We had a major heating failure shortly before very cold weather was about to set-in. Recognizing the urgency, we were given an immediate appointment and our problem was resolved. Thank you AMHAC!!

Furnace stopped working on a very cold Sunday morning. Emergency service arrived on schedule and within 15 minutes Alviril, our service technician, had the furnace working. He conducted a second furnace test to make sure all was working. We were very pleased with his attention to detail.

I am very happy with the service I received from AMHAC. All the people I dealt with on the phone and in person were very professional and they were able to fix our heating issue in less than a week and at a reasonable rate. They were super responsive especially compared other places I have called in the past were I would not get a call back etc. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Just to paint a picture of how responsive they were, our heating system started blowing out cold air this past Wednesday night and I called them the following Thursday morning and they were able to get someone to look and fix the issue that same day. However, on Sunday, cold air started coming out of the vents again and I gave them a call and even though it was their off day, they were able to get someone out to us and determine what the main issue was and they were able to install the part needed by Tuesday.

After waiting a week and a half for a service call in the hottest part of the summer, another company told us they could not repair our a/c system, and tried to sell us on a new system. To get a second quote, my friend told me to call AMHAC. She said she thinks AMHAC is very responsive and reasonably priced. Well, I called and they sent over a repairman, Alvaro, within a few hours. Alvaro was amazing! I was ready for him to confirm what the other company had told us, but instead, he patiently checked out our system and explained each step he was taking. He ended up replacing the motor and a few other things that I didn't understand and he had our upstairs a/c back up and running in a few hours!!!! And for a fraction of the price of a new system! I am in awe of AMHAC. Thank you, AMHAC, for making our home comfortable again. The nicest, most responsive, amazing service!!!!

As a Residential Contractor I've been using AMHAC for all my HVAC needs ..for over 20 years now.. They do all my installations . Working Closely with Mohan Persuad to design and install, we have done over 100 new and added systems in lower and mid Westchester. Their service department is prompt and their technicians are professional and personable. Also , their parts department has been helpful in telling me what fittings and sizes for small exhaust installations my crew can handle. I couldn't be happier and I am comfortable recommending them .

So I lost heat this morning and we were cold.
They came in diagnosed the problem and found out my thermo couple was broken and the swapped it out and we got the heat back on.
These guys are professionals and they were responsive.

AMHAC is a terrific company!! On my first phone call to them I was speaking with Janet and from that moment on I knew I was working with caring and professional people. While other companies said it would take 4 weeks to replace our compressor and repair our AC, Roger came and gave us a quote, and in about a week our AC was up and running. Everyone at AMHAC, Michelle and the technicians are all courteous and knowledgeable people who are a pleasure to work with. The techs shared important and useful information. This is a great company, i definitely will be switching to them from my previous heating and AC company. They all deserve a SERVICE EXCELLANCE AWARD!

AMHAC provided wonderful and responsive service in our time of need. Our boilers went down, and Alvaro made the first after hours visit, coming to our rescue. He was very professional and communicative, and systematically diligent in trying to find a clear diagnosis. After stemming the emergency and starting the differential analysis, systems were shut down for continuation the next day. Alvaro was very kind and concerned for our situation. The next day Alvaro and Adam came together and very diligently worked to clean out the boilers, and complete differential analysis, and left us with a working boiler for restored heat and hot water. Adam also knows the home well, and we always feel in good hands. A third visit on the following day was required to complete work on the second boiler, purge the system, and restore things back to working order. We are hopeful we have a durable solution. In addition to Alvaro and Adam's leaving a very positive impression and experience for the homeowner, we want to also acknowledge Janet, Janine, and Walter in scheduling and coordination, as they played a majorly important role in the after hours response, triage/scheduling and follow-up; tone and touch are everything especially when it comes to a home emergency. Extra kudos on this, and management should definitely acknowledge the whole team! We are so grateful to all, and would highly recommend AMHAC!
