I have been working with Sullivan Heating for many years and they have slways been professional + curtious. They respond to calls promptly. When Jerry comes for routine checks he is like a family member. I definitely recommend Sullivan Heaying to purchase a furnace.

Sullivan Heating & Cooling, more particularly Jerry Jr., saved us from a LONG, TERRIBLE summer. When our unit suddenly stopped working, Jerry Jr. came right over and fixed it within 10 minutes! SUPER professional, GREAT service, and you CAN’T beat the price!! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Jerry!!!

Had no heat at all coming from my furnace. Mike from Sullivan came out in the afternoon. He checked every detail and even made phone calls, to his co-worker, trying to get my heat restored by night. Mind you the temperature for the past two nights has been from 3 -8 degrees. Mike was such a passionate, hard worker that really took my situation as if it was his own. He worked feverishly until late . He didn’t want to leave the job not finished. As promised, Mike was back early the next day with the determination of getting to the bottom of the problem. Mike even made calls to my Home warranty plan, which was not always easy to deal with, or wanted to provide the best parts. So a special Thanks to Mike for a Well done job. I was so happy with the service I received. I would recommend Sullivan Heating&cooling to everyone. One day to check out the basement and installed the next day! Wonderful staff and great price.

Jerry JR quickly addressed the problem with my furnace. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very nice. Called Sullivan around 10 and Jerry JR arrived around 1230pm.Highly recommend them!

When looking for reliable and prompt service Sullivan’s Heating & Cooling should be your local choice. Wasted no time had excellent knowledge and experience to get my cooling issues figured out quickly at a great cost. Look no further should be first choice in WNY area.

Two years ago one of my tenants reported some water around the furnace. SH&C came out, for a call fee, and recommended I replace the entire system for $3,000.
My regular handyman came out, looked at it, and said he could drain the expansion tank and fix it. He spent 20 minutes and charged $75.
2 years later and for only $75 (not including the money SH&C charged to "evaluate" and try to sell me a new system for $3k) my drained expansion tank and original system is still working just fine. Wow am I glad I wasn't suckered into replacing everything for three thousand dollars!
I own several properties -some of which *will* need new systems in the near future- but after my experience I will never trust SH&C to give me a fair and reasonable offer.
Sorry, but 2 years later my original system is still going strong after a quick 20 minute fix and SH&C will have to get their $3000 from somebody else.

We have used this company for our last 2 homes. One was a replacement of the furnace and ac and then when we built a new home. They actually had to replace the new system that was sized incorrectly by another local company that our builder used! Their customer service is very professional and they go above and beyond to meet your requirements. I have referred them to family and friends. It is a pleasure working with a company who not only is excellent in their field but also puts their customers first.
