Jerry Jr. and his wife Chrissie will be so helpful and they make sure Jerry Jr. gets there to help you on the same day you call especially if you have an emergency. Jerry explains everything to you in words you can understand. I just moved back to Buffalo from Florida and I am so glad to have air conditioning once again.

Jerry Jr was awesome, he did come and do what i asked, which was give me an estimate to replace my system with a combi boiler. HE did some research for different prices for me and didnt cram any solution at me. Very grateful. When my hot water heater broke, he was nice enough to offer to call and find out if their was a warranty on the tank. I did end up going in a different direction due to personal finance issues.

Sullivan Heating & Cooling are a professional team and great company to work with. They worked with me to get the right system for our house including what was needed for an addition. The install team was fast, on time and left the job site (my house & basement) clean and tidy.

Very professional and hard working. The original meeting to put together quotes was very good. They offered up very good options for me to consider and was not pushy. Was very easy to get questions asked and answered prior to committing to overall project. Installers were hard workers and due to complexity of project; 2 furnaces and new duct work; job was estimated to take 5 days. They were able to finish it in 4 days. After each day of work, they had the house totally cleaned up and nothing left lying around. Could not be happier with the outcome. Job well done!

I have been using Sullivan for many years as have my family. They are always prompt when you call and never try to sell you services you simply dont need. They are skilled and professional.
