They saved me. Prior company left mid install and Cambridge came to complete install and corrected prior company mistakes. They are professional, reliable, and HONEST. I continue to use them for my HVAC Maintance. Highly recommend.

The installation was perfect, the 3 Man Crew was polite, professional, gracious and just perfect. Would recommend them highly, wonderful standards, great workmanship and felt so comfortable throughout the entire process.

Don't waste your time using this location. When I tried to get service they were fine with everything and coming by up until I told them I needed a repair and had warranty. They then refused to help me saying I have to go with the company that first installed it. I explained that I purchased my home with it already their and the manufacturer referred me to them. They told me they didn't want to fix anyone else's mistakes. When I told the manager Tom that I wouldn't mind starting a contract with them and becoming a future customer he said no i can't help you. Told me he's booked and will not send some one out. I then explained I have a family and kids his quick response was I dont know what to tell you go find someone else. Please be aware of this. Anyone who wouldn't care for a family or children should not be in the business of dealing with homes. I would do my best to rate this company on all platforms and share on all my social media. Tom I hope you find peace with yourself and help another family out who needs it more than us.

Cambridge responded to our call immediately. Work was completed the following day. Workers were very knowledgeable , extremely neat and courteous. The job was priced very reasonably.

Called another AC repair company, but after they made me an appointment, then postponing. the appointment. Finally after a week and they didn’t even show up for the appointment, we called Cambridge . They gave us an appointment within 2 days. They were timely and very professional. They immediately were able to diagnose the problem and fix our central air conditioning unit quickly. The service charge was reasonable and we will definitely use Cambridge whenever we need AC service in the future!

Dave and his crew are top notch. They respond quickly and fix any issues you may have. And always leave with the unit running 100%.

Our condenser broke during a heat wave and Cambridge was able to replace it within hours of discovering the problem. We had a great experience.
